Claims (4)
- 일반식(II)의 아미드라존 유도체를 일반식(III)의 산 할라이드와 반응시킨 다음, 염기의 존재하에서 폐환시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(I)의 피리딘 유도체를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1은 C1내지 C7의 알킬그룹이고; R2은 수소원자 또는 C1내지 C2의 알킬그룹이고; R3은 C1내지 C4의 알킬그룹이고; R4는 C2내지 C8의 알킬그룹, C3내지 C7의 사이클로알킬그룹 또는 C4내지 C7의 알킬사이클로 알킬그룹이거나, C3내지 C7의 사이클로알킬그룹으로 치환된 C1내지 C3의 알킬그룹이다.
- 제1항에서, R2이 수소원자이고, R3이 메틸그룹이고, R4이 C3내지 C6의 사이클로 알킬그룹, 이소프로펄그룹 또는 3급 부틸그룹인 피리딘 유도체를 상기하는 방법.
- 제1항에서, 6-부틸-2-(5-이소프로필-1-메틸-1,2,4-트리아졸-3-일)-피리딘을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에서,6-부틸-2-(5-사이클로헥실-1-메틸-1,2,4-트리아졸-3-일)-피리딘을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
