본원 고안은 보청기에 적용하면 호적한 토운훈트롤회로에 관한 것이다.
보청기의 사용자의 대부분은 노인성난청자이다. 노인성난청자의 특징은 2~4KHz 이상의 주파수의 음에 대한 청력이 특히 저하되어 있으며 이와같은 청력특성(제1도의 곡선 a 참조)을 고음급추형(高音急墜形)이라고 일컬어지고 있다.
따라서 그러한 청력특성을 보정하기 위하여 종래의 보청기에는 제1도의 곡선(b)에 나타나는 것과 같은 저역감쇠형의 토운콘트롤회로를 설치하는 것을 통상으로 한다.
그러나 종래의 이런 종류의 토운콘트롤회로는 1 차필터로 구성되어 있으므로 6dB/oct의 감쇠특성밖에 얻을 수 없으며, 상기 고음추형의 청력특성을 충분히 보상하지는 못했다.
여기서 그러한 토운콘트롤회로에 2 차 필터를 채용하여 감쇠특성을 12dB/oct로 할 수 있게하는 것도 생각할 수 있으나 그렇게 하면 2 련 볼륨(전위차례)이 필요하게 되고, 스페이스가 한정되어 있는 보청기에 2 차 필터를 채용한 토운콘트롤회로를 적용하는 것은 실현불가능하였다.
이러한 점을 감안하여 본원 고안은 최대 12 dB/oct의 감쇠특성이 얻어지며, 더구나 조정수단이 하나로 충분한 하이페스(로우커트)형의 토온콘트롤회로를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 이하, 제2도에 따라 본 고안을 그 한 실시예에 대하여 설명하면 다음과 같다. (1)은 신호입력단자로, 이것과 접지와의 사이에 입력음성 신호전압 ei의 신호원(2)이 접속되어 있다. (3)은 출력음성신호전압 eo을 얻을 수 있는 신호출력단자이다. (4)는 반전암프(차동암프)로, 그 출력단자가 신호출력단자(3)에 접속되어 있다. 반전암프(4)의 비반전입력단자가 사용되어 있다. 그리고 이 반전암프(4)에는 부귀환회로(5)가 설치되어 있다.
다음은 이 부귀환회로(5)에 대하여 설명한다. 이것은 반전암프(4)의 출력측에 설치된 로우페스필터(6)(7)와 그 출력측에 설치된 하이페스필터(8)로 이루어지고, 하이페스필터(8)의 출력측이 반전암프(4)의 반전입력단자에 접속되어 있다. 다음은 로우페스필 (6)에 대하여 설명한다. 반전암프(4)의 출력단자, 즉 신호출력단자(3)가 저항기(저항치를 R2로 한다)(9) 콘덴서(용량치를 C2로 한다)(10) 및 저항기(저항치를 R3으로 한다)(11)의 직렬회로를 통하여 접지되고 저항기(9) 및 직접회로의 접속중점이 바퍼(7)의 입력단자에 접속된다.
다음은 하에페스필터(8)에 대하여 설명한다. (12)는 조정용주파수특성 가변수단으로서의 전위차계(저항지를 Rv로 한다)로, a, b는 그 양고정단자 m은 가동단자이다. 또 전위차계(12)는 리니어타입으로 이루어진 것도 좋다. 그리고 바퍼(7)의 출력단자가 저항기(저항치를 R1로 한다)(13)를 통하여 전위차계(12)의 단은(a)에 접속된다. 전위차계(12)의 단자 m, a 사이 및 단자에 m, b 사이에 각기 콘덴서(용량치를 공히 C1로 한다)(14), (15)가 접속된다. 신호 입력단자(1)가 저항기(저항치를 R1로 한다)(16)를 통하여 전위차계(12)의 단자(b)에 접속된다. 그리고 반전입력단자에 접속된다.
다음은 이 제2도의 토운콘트롤회로의 동작을 제3도~제5도에 따라 설명한다.
제3도에 표시한 바와 같이, 전위차계(12)의 단자(m)가 단자(b)에 직접접속되어 있을 경우, 콘덴서(15)는 단락되고, 이득 G ( =) 은 다음과 같은 식으로 나타낼 수 있다.

식 (4)~(7)에서 f1= f2, G(0) = G(∞)로 되고, 이득(G)은 평탄특성을 나타낸다는 것을 알 수 있다.
제4도에 표시한 바와 같이, 전위차계(12)의 단자(m)가 저항기의 중앙부에 접촉되어 있는 경우에는 이득(G)은 다음의 식으로 나타낸다.

(8)식중의 전달함수( = G1)은 로우패스특성(로브스트특성)을 나타내고, 전달함수 1 ( = G2)는 평탄특성을 나타낸다. 따라서 이득 (G)는 하이패스특성(로커트특성)을 나타낸다는 것을 알수가 있다. 이 경우, 이득 G (G1)의 특성은 6dB/oct의 감쇠특성을 갖는 1차필터의 특성이고, 그 변곡점에 있어서의 주파수(f1)는 다음의 식과 같이 나타낸다.

제5도에 표시한 바와 같이, 전위차계(12)의 단자(m)가 단자(a)에 직접 접촉되어 있는 경우는 콘덴서(14)는 단락되고, 이득(G)은 다음식과 같이 나타낸다.

따라서 f1= f2의 조건을 충족시킴으로써 이득(G)은 12dB/oct의 감쇠특성을 갖는 하이패스특성(로커트특성)을 나타낸다는 것을 알 수 있다.
상기와 같이 본원 고안에 의하면, 최대 12dB/oct의 감쇠특성이 얻어지고, 더욱이 조경수단이 1계로 족하는 하애패스(로커트)형의 토운콘트롤회로를 얻을 수가 있다.

  1. 반전암프(4)에 이 반전암프(4)의 출력측에 접속된 로우패스필터(6)와 이 로우패스필터(6)의 출력측에 접속된 바퍼(7)와 이 바퍼(7)의 출력측 및 상기 반전암프(4)의 입력측간에 접속된 하이패스필터(8)와로 이루어지는 부귀환회로(5)가 설치되고 동시에 상기 하이패스필터(8)에 조정용주파수특성 가변수단(12)이 설치되어 이루어지는 토운컨트롤회로.
