Claims (12)
- 폴리비닐 알콜로부터 인장강도와 모듈러스가 뛰어난 물건을 제조함에 있어서,a. 적당한 용매 또는 용매의 혼합물내 폴리비닐 알콜용액을 용해온도 위에서 모양을 갖추고 용매를 포함한 물건으로 바꾸고,b. 이물건을 겔화온도 이하에서 급속냉각으로 균질의 겔구조를 갖는 겔물건으로 바꾸고,c. 겔물건에 존재하는 용매를 저지방족 알콜 또는 케톤과 물함량이 20-95부피 %인 물의 혼합물로 추출하여 대부분을 제거하고,d. 용매를 제거하는 도중 또는 한 후 겔물건을 유리전이 온도이상에서 그리고 폴리비닐 알콜의 분해온도 이하에서 신축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐 알콜물건의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중량 평균 분자량이 2.5×104-5×105인 폴리비닐 알콜 5-50중량%용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용매로 포화지방족 다가 알콜을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용매로 디메틸설폭시드를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 모양을 갖추고 용매를 포함한 물건이 냉각하기 전에 드로오 다운 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 용매를 포함한 물건이 메탄올에서 소광되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 겔물건이 물함량이 30-60부피 %인 추출혼합물을 이용하여 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 추출이 물과 아세톤의 혼합물을 이용하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 추출이 높은 온도에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 겔물건이 최소 20 : 1의 신축비를 이용하여 160-240℃에서 신축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 명세서 및 실시예에 설명된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐 알콜물건의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서 제11항 중 어느 하나의 방법에 따라 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐 알콜 물건.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
