Claims (4)
- 탄화수소-포함하는 반응스트림이 튜브를 거쳐 통과하여 튜브 외측에 설치된 열공급원에 의해 고온으로 가열되어 열분해 정치에 있어서, 반응스트림의 온도가 700℃ 내지 950℃의 범위에 있는 상기 튜브의 부분이 탄소 0.01-0.6중량%, 실리콘 0.1-2.5중량%, 망간 0.1-2.0중량%, 크롬 20-30중량%, 니켈 18-40중량%, 질소 0.01-0.15중량%와 나머지가 철 또는 철과 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 니오브로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소 0.1내지 5.0중량%와로 이루어지는 조성물을 지닌 오오스테나이트 내열성 강철로 만들어진 외층과 탄소 0.3-1.5중량%, 실리콘 0.1-3.0중량%, 망간 6-15중량%, 크롬 20-30중량%, 니켈 0.1-10중량%, 니오브 0-3.0중량%, 질소 0.01-0.15중량%와 나머지가 철로 이루어지는 조성물을 지닌 합금으로 만들어지며 0.3 내지 5mm의 두께를 지닌 내부 라이닝층으로 이루어지며 상기 라이닝층이 상기 외층의 내부표면을 피복하는 바이메탈 튜브로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 열분해장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이메탈 튜브가 그 입구선단을 향하여 상기 튜브의 방출선단으로부터 10 내지 50미터 연정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 열분해정치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이메탈 튜브가 로의 복사가열부분에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 열분해정치.
- 탄화수소의 열분해방법에 있어서, 튜브를 통하여 탄화수소-포함하는 반응스트림을 흘리고 상기 스트림의 온도를 적어도 약 700℃ 온도에 달할 때까지 점차적으로 올린 다음 반응스트림의 온도가 800℃ 내지 950℃ 의 범위값으로 더 증가되는 상기 튜브의 부분을 통하여 상기 스트림이 흐르도록 이루어지며, 상기 부분이 탄소 0.01-0.6중량%, 실리콘 0.1-0.25중량%, 망간 0.1-2.0중량%, 크롬 20-30중량%, 니켈 18-40중량%, 질소 0.01-0.15중량%와 나머지가 철 또는 철 및 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 니오브로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소 0.1 내지 5.0중량%와로 이루어지는 조성물을 지닌 오오스테나이트 내열성 강철로 만들어진 외층과 0.3 내지 5mm의 두께를 지니며 탄소 0.3-1.5중량%, 실리콘 0.1-3.0중량%, 망간 6-15중량%, 크롬 20-30중량%, 니켈 0.1-10중량%, 니오브 0-3.0중량%, 질소 0.01-0.15중량%와 나머지가 철로 이루어지는 조성물을 지닌 합금으로 만들어진 내부 라이닝층와로 이루어지며 상기 라이닝층이 상기 외층의 내부표면을 피복하는 바이메탈 튜브로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 열분해방법.
