탁주 유리병의 왕관용 패킹
제1도는 본 고안을 왕관에서 분리시킨 상태의 사시도.

본 고안은 탁주 유리병의 왕관에 결합하여 사용하도록 된 패킹에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 발효에 의해 다량의 가스가 발생하는 탁주의 특성 때문에 얇은 합성수지제 탁주병을 사용하였으며, 이는 마개 부분으로 가스배출은 용이하지만 취급시 불안정하고 마개부위로 외부에서 이물질이 투입될 가능성이 높아 비위생적인 결점이 있었다.
그러나 유리병 및 왕관을 사용하게 되면 완전히 밀페되기 때문에 병 내부의 가스 압력에 의해 병이 파손될 염려가 있으므로 탁주병에는 왕관을 사용할 수 없는 두려움이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 점들을 고려하여, 탁주 유리병에 왕관의 사용이 가능하도록 가스 배출구를 갖는 패킹 즉, 패킹몸체의 저면부에 환돌조 또는 환요홈을 형성하여, 탁주병내의 발효가스가 상기 환돌조 또는 환요홈을 통하여 왕관의 주름부에 의해 그 주름부 내측에 형성되는 공기통로 쪽으로 용이하게 배출될 수 있는 패킹을 제공함에 목적이 있다.
본 고안을 첨부된 예시도면과 함께 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 예시도면 제1도 및 제2도에서와 같이 유리병(1)의 주입구와 왕관(2) 사이에 삽입하는 것으로서 패킹몸체(3)의 저면에 환돌조(4)를 돌설시키고, 환돌조(4)의 단부에는 돌출대(5)에 의한 배출통로(6)를 형성하여, 왕관(2)의 주름부(7)에 의한 내측 요홈부(8)와 연통되도록 된 것이다.
예시도면 제2도는 다른 실시예를 나타낸 것으로서 패킹몸체(3)의 저면에 환요홈(9)을 요설하고, 환요홈(9)의 단부에는 가스가 배출될 수 있는 배출통로(10)를 연통시킨 구조로 되어 있다.
제3도 및 제4도의 화살표는 가스 배출경로를 나타낸다.
상기와 같은 구조로 되어 있는 본 고안은 예시도면 제4도와 같이 유리병(1) 내의 가스가 돌출대(5) 사이의 배출통로(6) 즉, 유리병(1)의 주입구와 패킹몸체(3) 사이로 배출된 후, 배출통로(6)와 연통된 왕관(2)의 내측 요홈부(8)를 따라 외부로 배출되는 것이다.
예시도면 제2도 및 제3도는 다른 실시예를 나타내는 것으로서, 배출통로(10)가 요홈의 형태로 되어 있으며 유리병(1) 내의 가스가 배출통로(10)를 통하여 왕관(2)의 주름부(7)에 의한 내측 요홈 부(8)로 이동되어 외부로 유출될 수 있는 것이다.
이상과 같이 본 고안은 패킹몸체(3)의 저면에 형성된 배출통로(6)(10)가 항상 왕관(2)의 내측요홈부(8)에 연통되는 관계로 유리병(1) 내의 발효가스가 일정한 압력 이상으로 변할 경우에는, 패킹몸체(3)의 배출통로(6)(10)를 통하여 발효가스가 외부로 배출될 수 있기 때문에 탁주유리병의 왕관을 사용하더라도 폭발을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 패킹몸체(3)의 저면에 환돌조(4)와 돌출대(5)에 의한 배출통로(6)를 형성하여 왕관(2)의 내측요홈부(8)와 연통되는 가스 배출통로를 갖는 탁주 유리병의 왕관용 패킹.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 패킹몸체(3)의 저면에 환요홈(9)과 배출통로(10)가 왕관(2)의 내측요홈부(8)와 연통되도록 된 것.
