본고안은 생일 축하용이나 선물용 케이크(Cake)의 포장용 상자에 있어서 케이크가 놓여지는 받침판을 개량하여 보다 위생적이면서도 제작공정을 간소화할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 종래에 일반적으로 사용되어온 케이크 상자는 첨부도면 제4도와 같이 비교적 두꺼운 판지를 합지하여 형성된 저면판(11) 위에 소정높이로 형성된 골판지제의 돌출판(12)을 접착제로 접착하고 케이크의 저면과 직접 맞닿는 돌출판(12)의 상면 부분에는 은박지(13)를 접착하는 구조로 되어 있다. 그러나 이와같은 종래의 받침판은 저면판(11)을 형성하는 판지나 돌출판(12)을 형성하는 골판지의 질감과 외관이 매우 불량하고 따라서 각 판(11)(12)에서 외부로 노출되는 부분에는 별도의 인쇄된 포장지 등을 부착해 주어야 하므로 제작 공정상 많은 번거로움이 있었고 특히 돌출판(12)의 경우 골판지의 가장자리 부분에 포장지를 바른 후 그 상면에 다시 은박지를 부착해 주어야 하는 불편이 있었다.This proposal is to improve the base plate on which the cake is placed in the box for the celebration of birthday or gift cake, so that the manufacturing process can be more hygienic and simplified.
