Abstract
Description
Claims (24)
- a) 활성가교제를 내포하는 제1중합체 유제를 형성하고, b) 제1중합체 유제와 제2단량체 유제를 혼합하며, c) 유제혼합물을 평형시키고, d) 제2중합체 그물구조와 분자크기를 뒤섞어 꼬이는 제1중합체 그물구조를 제공하여 유체혼합물을 중합시키며, 제2중합체가 제1중합체와 다르며 제1중합체가 고형물에 대해 유체혼합물의 중량기준으로 5 내지 95%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1중합체 유제가 제1단량체 유제를 중합하므로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1중합체 유제가 중합체를 유화하므로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1중합체 유제가 유제혼합물의 중량기준으로 고형물에 대해 20 내지 80%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2단량체 유제가 활성가교제, 잠재가교제 및 그들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 가교제를 내포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제1중합체 유제와 제2단량체 유제의 적어도 하나가 잠재 교차결합단량체를 내포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제1중합체 유제에서의 중합체는 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트, 폴리비닐아세테이트, 폴리스티렌, 폴리아크릴리로니트릴 및 그들의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제2단량체 유제에서의 단량체는 아크릴로니트릴, 메틸메타크릴레이트, 부틸아크릴레이트, 스티렌 및 그들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1중합체 유제가 제2단량체 유제내의 단량체 중합에 대해 억지제가 아닌 단량체에 기준을 두는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1중합체 유제가 폴리비날아세테이트를 내포하고 제2단량체 유제가 스티렌, 메틸메타크릴레이트, 부틸아크릴레이트, 아크릴로니트릴 및 그들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 단량체를 내포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1중합체 유제가 공중합될 수 없는 제2단량체 유제내의 제2단량체의 단량체와 양립할 수 없는 단량체에 기준을 두는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 제5 내지 제11항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 기체에 공중합 유제를 가한다음 제1 및 제2그물구조의 결합을 완료하기 위해서 건조 및 가열시키는 것으로 더 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 또는 제6 내지 제12항중의 어느 하나에서와 같은 방법으로 제조된 중합체 유제.
- 제12항에 있어서, 중합체 유제가 바인더, 부착제, 코팅제로서 기제에 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 중합체 유제가 섬유, 부직포, 제직물 편성물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 기제에 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제14항의 방법으로 제조된 제품.
- 제2중합체 그물구조와 분자크기로 뒤섞여 꼬인 활성 가교제를 내포하는 제1중합체 그물구조를 함유하는 수성중합체 유제로 이루어지며, 상기 제2중합체가 상기 제1중합체와 다르고 상기 제1중합체가 유제 혼합물의 중량기준으로 고형물에 대해 5 내지 95%로 이루어지는 바인더에 의해 접합된 섬유충전제로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 충전제품.
- 제17항에 있어서, 제1중합체 그물구조의 중합체가 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트, 폴리비닐아세테이트, 폴리스틸렌, 폴리아크릴로니트릴 및 그들의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 충전제품.
- 제18항에 있어서, 제2중합체 그물구조의 중합체가 제1중합체와 다르며, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리부틸아크릴레이트, 폴리스티렌 및 그들의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 충전제품.
- 제17항에 있어서, 제1중합체 및 제2중합체가 공중합될 수 없이 양립할 수 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 충전제품.
- 제2중합체 그물구조와 분자크기로 뒤섞여 꼬이는 활성가교제를 내포하는 제1중합체 그물구조로 이루어지며, 상기 제2중합체가 상기 제1중합체와 다르며, 상기 제1중합체가 유제혼합물의 중량기준으로 고형물에 5 내지 95%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 유제.
- 제21항에 있어서, 제1중합체 그물구조의 중합체가 폴리메타크릴레이트, 폴리비닐아세테이트, 폴리스티렌, 폴리아크릴로니트릴 및 그들의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 유제.
- 제22항에 있어서, 제2중합체 그물구조의 중합체가 제1중합체와 다르며, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리부틸아크릴레이트, 폴리스티렌 및 그들의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 유제.
