Claims (5)
- 제1항에 있어서, 종단면으로 관찰할 경우 전술한 비연속상 중간층이 각개 소편들이 10㎛미만의 평균입도를 갖고 또 인접소편들 사이 간극들의 총화가 전장의 10내지 50%이며, 주로 Al-Fe-Si 금속간 화합물로 구성되 연속상의 이산소편(Discrete island s)들로 구성되는 알루미늄 도금강판.
- 0.002내지 0.02중량%의 용질 N와중량%(이때 N는 용질 N의 중량%임) 이하의 총 C를 함유하는 강기재, 주성분이 Al과 1내지 15중량%의 Si로 구성되고 강기재의 적어도 일면에 존재하는 알루미늄 도금층 및 전술한 강기재와 알루미늄 도금층 사이에 존재하고 주성분으로 Al-Fe-Si 금속간 화합물을 포하는 연속상 중간으로 구성되는 알루미늄 도금강판을 전술한 연속상 중간층을 이산소편으로 분단시키는데 충분한 압하율로 압연하고, 이 압연된 알루미늄 도금강판을 전술한 강기재의 재결정에는 충분하지만 전술한 강기재와 알루미늄 도금층 사이의 Al-Fe상호 확산에는 불충분한 온도로 소둔하는 공정들로 구성되는 가공성 및 내식성이 우수한 알루미늄 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 압연방향에 따라 절취한 단면으로 관찰한 경우, 전술한 연속 중간층을 각개 소편들이 10㎛미만의 평균입도를 갖고 또 인접 소편들의 사이 간극 총화가 전장의 10내지 50%인 연속상의 이산소편으로 분단하는데 충분한 압하율로 압연공정을 진행시키는 알루미늄 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 압연공정을 30내지 70%의 압하율로 진행시키고 또 소둔공정을 500내지 600℃온도에서 진행시키는 알루미늄 도금강판의 제조방법.
