제2도는 파워 피스튼의 왕동시에 있어서의 상기 액튜에이터의 단면도
제3도는 본 발명의 제2실시예를 나타낸 무조정식클러치액튜에이터의 요부 확대단면도
제4도는 종래의 무조정식 클러치 액튜에이터를 사용하는 자동차의 자동클러치계의 계통도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 피스톤 롯드를 갖는 피스톤을 실린더내에 왕복동자재토록 배설하여 이 실린더내에 작동실과 배압실을 설치하고, 상기 배압실의 측방에 배열된 피스톤롯드에 연동시켜서 글러치를 단속하도록 된 클러치 액튜에이터에 있어서, (a) 상기 실린더의 배압실내에 습동자재토록 배열되고 상기 피스톤롯드의 선단에 관련되게 배설되어진 캡상부재와, 상기 캡상부재의 내주면과 상기 피스톤롯드의 선단부의 외주부와의 사이에 설치되어진 계합부재와, 상기 피스톤롯드의 선단부에 의해서 구성된 일방향계합기구와, (b) 상기 캡상부재의 개방단과 상기 피스톤과 사이에 배치되어진 압축스프링과, (c) 상기 캡상부재의 페색단에 연설되어진 클러치 작동기구를 각각구비하고, 상기 실린더의 작동실내로 압력유체가 공급되어서 상기 피스톤 및 피스톤 롯드가 상기 배압실의 측방으로 소정 스트로크만큼 왕동될시는, 상기 계합부재에 의해서 상기 피스톤롯드와 캡상부재가 일체적으로 결합되어지고 일방, 상기 클러치 작동기구가 복동될시에는, 싱기 피스톤롯드와 캡상부재와의 결합이 해제되어 상기 압축스프링의 부세력에 대항해서 상기 캡상부재의 상기 피스톤 측으로의 이동이 허용토록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치 액튜에이터.
