Claims (1)
- 요구르트 스프레드를 제조함에 있어서, 고형분 함량 10-15%인 환원탈지분유액에 락토바실루스 불가리쿠스를 접종하여 37℃에서 24시간 배양하는 통상의 방법으로 호상요구르트를 제조하고 상온에서 이와같이 제조한 호상요구르트 100부에 채종유 또는 옥수수유 또는 대두유 300부를 서서히 첨가하면서 균질기로 5,000rpm으로 교반하여 균질화시키는 요구르트 스프레드 제조법.
