Claims (24)
- 하축으로부터 상축으로 발포체성형물질을 공급하여 발포제품을 연속상향제조하는 방법으로, 발포가 발포진행물질과 함께 이동하는 이동면(15)(17)을 갖는 벽(13, (14)으로 구성된 확장팽창실(1)에서 일어나며 이 팽창실은 발포체의 인출을 위한 인출진로를 행하고, 이미 팽창된 발포체(8)에 의하여 그 상부가 형성되며 축부는 상기 이동면(15)(17)에 의하여 형성되고 하측부는 발포 체성형물질을 위한 공급영역(11)에 의하여 형성된 것에 있어서, 핀이 배설된 콘베이어(8)와 같은 콘베이어가 반응공급속도와 성형조건에 관계된 조절속도로 발포체(8)를 상측으로 인출하기 위하여 이 발포체(8)에 적극적으로 결합하는 인출로의 측부에서 하나 또는 그 이상의 위치에 제공되고, 팽창은 팽창실의 확장단부에 도달하기전에 완료됨을 특징으로 하는 발포체의 연속상향제조방법.
- 청구범위1에 있어서, 이동면(15)(17)이 팽창실벽(13)(14) 상에서 당기어지는 시이트상의 웨브로 구성되는 바의 방법.
- 청구범위 2에 있어서, 웨브(15)(17)가 발포된 물질(8)과 함께 인출로를 넘어 통과하는 바의 방법.
- 청구범위 1에 있어서, 압력모니터(23)가 공급영역(11) 또는 팽창실(1)에서 아직은 액상인 발포물질에 접촉하도록 설치하는 바의 방법.
- 청구범위 1에 있어서, 팽창실(1)이 대체로 쐐기형이고 한쌍의 평행한 대향벽(14)과 평행한 벽(14) 사이에 놓인 한쌍의 대향된 확장벽(13)에 의하여 형성되며, 공급영역은 확장벽의 하측변부에서 찬넬(11)의 형태로 구성되는 바의 방법.
- 청구범위 5에 있어서, 확장벽(13)이 팽창실을 발포물질의 팽창곡선에 부합되도록 하는 형상으로된 바의 방법.
- 청구범위 5에 있어서, 평행벽(14)의 웨브가 발포체(8)를 위하여 핀이 형성된 콘베이어(3)에 의하여 투과될 수 있도록 인출진로까지 연장되어 통과하는 폴리에틸렌 또는 다른 플라스틱 필름(15) 인바의 방법.
- 청구범위 5에 있어서, 확장벽(13) 상의 웨브가 종이웨브(17)이고 그 변부는 확장벽(13)의 변부를 둘러싸도록 하는 랩(21)을 구성하도록 배부측으로 접혀진 바의방법.
- 청구범위 8에 있어서, 비신장성 압력 감지테이프가 각 랩(21)에 접착된 바의 방법.
- 청구범위 9에 있어서, 확장벽이 팽창실(1)로 떨어진 양측부에 변부비이드를 가지며, 이 변부비이드상에 종이랩(21)이 형성되고 테이프가 접착된 바의 방법.
- 청구범위 5에 있어서, 팽창실(1)에서, 평행벽(14) 또는 확장벽(13) 또는 이들 모두의 간격이 인출진로의 벽(2)(3)의 운동에 따라서, 특히 확장벽(13)이 회동하거나 만곡됨에 따라 발포체의 폭을 변화시킬 수 있도록 가변적인 바의 방법.
- 청구범위 1에 있어서, 팽창실(1)과 인출진로가 원주형 발포체의 제조를 위하여 그 단면이 원형인 바의 방법.
- 하측으로부터 상측으로 발포체성형물질을 공급하여 발포제품을 연속상향 제조하는 장치로서, 발포가 이루어지는 확장팽창실(1)과, 발포체성형물질과 함께 이동하면서 이를 끌어올리는 이동면(15)(17)을 갖는 벽(13)(14)을 제공하기 위한 수단으로 구성되고, 팽창실이 발포체를 인출하기 위한 직상향의 인출로측으로 유도되었으며, 상부는 이미 팽창된 발포체(8)로 구성되고 측부는 상기 이동면(15)(17)으로 구성되며 하측부는 발포체성형물질을 위한 공급영역(11)으로 구성된 것에 있어서, 핀이 배설된 콘베이어(3)와 같은 콘베이어가 반응공급속도와 성형조건에 관계된 조절속도로 발포체(8)를 상측으로 인출하기 위하여 이 발포체(8)에 적극적으로 결합하는 인출로의 측부에서 하나 또는 그 이상의 위치에 제공되고, 제어수단은 팽창이 팽창실의 확장단부에 도달하기전에 완료되도록 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 발포체의 연속상향제조장치.
- 청구범위 13에 있어서, 이동면을 구성하기 위하여 팽창실(1)의 벽(13)(14) 상에 시이트 웨브(15)(17)를 당길 수 있는 수단(3)(19')이 구성됨을 특징으로 한 장치.
- 청구범위 14에 있어서, 상기 수단(3)(19')이 발포체(8)와 함께 인출진로의 상측으로 웨브(15)(17)를 통과시킬 수 있도록함을 특징으로 한 장치.
- 청구범위 13에 있어서, 압력 모니터(23)가 아직은 액상인 발포물질과 접촉하는 위치에서 공급영역(11) 또는 팽창실(1)에 설치됨을 특징으로 한 장치.
- 청구범위 13에 있어서, 팽창실(1)이 쐐기형으로 평행벽(14) 사이에 놓인 한쌍의 대향된 확장벽(13)과 한쌍의 대향된 평행벽(14)으로 구성되고, 공급영역이 확장벽의 하측변부에서 찬넬(11)의 형태로 구성됨을 특징으로 한 장치.
- 청구범위 17에 있어서, 확장벽(13)이 발포될 물질의 팽창곡선과 팽창실이 부합되도록 하는 형상으로 구성됨을 특징으로 한 장치.
- 청구범위 17에 있어서, 평행벽(14) 상의 웨브가 발포체(8)를 이동시키기 위한 핀이 배설된 콘베이어에 의하여 천공되도록 인출진로를 따라 상승통과하는 폴리에틸렌 또는 다른 플라스틱 필름(15)인 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 17에 있어서, 확장벽(13) 상의 웨브가 종이웨브(17)로서 그 변부가 벽(13)의 변부후측으로 절곡되는 랩(21)을 구성하는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 20에 있어서, 각 랩(21)에 비신장성 압력감응테이프임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 21에 있어서, 확장벽이 팽창실(1)로부터 떨어져 있는 양축부에 변부비이드를 가지며, 이 비이드상에 종이랩(21)이 얹어지고 테이프가 접착됨을 특징으로 한 장치.
- 청구범위 17에 있어서, 팽창실(1)에서 평행벽(14) 또는 확장벽(13) 또는 이들 모두의 간격이 특히 확장벽(13)의 회동 또는 만곡에 의하여 발포체의 폭을 변화시킬 수 있도록 인출진로의 벽(2)(3)의 운동에 따라 가변적임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 13에 있어서, 팽창실(1)과 인출진로의 단면이 원주형 발포체의 제조를 위하여 원형임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
