Claims (23)

  1. 제1재료층을 포함하는 제품 부분, 기부 및 주연부로 연장되어 소켓을 형성하는 벽을 포함하는 유지구유지구 기부를 상기 재료의 제1층 외부에서 제품 부분에 부차시키는 수단, 소켓에 내삽되는 표시요소, 및 유지구 및 표시요소 사이에서 상기 요소를 소켓 내에 계류된 스냅 삽입 상태로 차탈 자재하게 고정하는 수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제품 부분이 제1재료층에 적층된 상태로 되는 제2재료층을 포함하고, 상기 제2층은 소켓이 삽입될 수 있는 개구부를 포함하며, 상기 기부는 최소한 그 일부에서 상기 제1재료층 및 제2재료층 사이에서 압착되어 상기 재료의 층들중의 최소한 하나 이상에 부착되어 기부를 제품 부분에 부착시키는 수단을 마련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 소켓내로 수납되는 표시 요소가 소켓과 동일한 형태를 갖는 상부 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 신발류 제품이고 상기 제품 부분이 신발류의 신등 부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 표시요소를 소켓내에 계류 상태로 고정하는 수단이 요홈 부분 및 이에 삽입되는 리브 부분을 포함하고, 상기 부분들 중의 하나는 벽과 일체로 성형하고 다른 하나는 표시요소와 일체로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 벽 부분은 돌출되어 있으며 내측으로 연장된 주연부 리브를 포함하며, 표시요소는 상기 리브를 수납하는 주연부 요홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 벽 부분은 재료의 제2층 개구부의 외측으로 연장되도록 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 소켓에 의해 수납되는 표시요소가 소켓과 동일크기 및 동일 형태로 된 상부 부분을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 제품 부분이 제1재료층에 적층된 상태로 위치하는 제2재료층을 포함하고, 상기 제2재료층은 소켓이 삽입될 수 있는 개구부를 포함하고, 기부는 최소한 그 일부에서 상기 제1 및 제2재료층들 사이에서 압착되는 플랜지를 포함하고, 상기 플랜지는 상기 재료층들의 최소한 하나 이상에 고정 부착되어 기부를 제품 부분에 부착시키는 수단을 제공하고, 벽 부분은 제2재료층의 개구부 외측으로 연장되도록 돌출되며, 표시요소를 소켓내에 계류 상태로 고정하는 수단은 벽 내측으로 연장된 리브 부분 및 리브를 계합식으로 수납하는 표시요소의 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 제품 부분이 신발류의 신등 부분이고 제2재료층을 제공하는 앞닫이 보강 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시부가 부착된 제품.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 돌출된 벽 부분이 내측으로 연장된 리브 부분을 포함하고 표시 요소는 상기 리브를 수납하는 주연부 요홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 벽 및 표시 요소 중의 하나를 비교적 탄성인 재료로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 유지구가 제2소켓을 형성하는 주연부로 연장된 제2벽, 제2소켓에 내삽되도록 마련되는 제2표시요소, 및 유지구 및 제2요소 사이에서 제2표시요소를 제2소켓내에 계류된 스냅 삽입 상태로 착탈자재 하게 고정하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 제품 부분이 제1재료층에 적층된 상태로 부착되는 제2재료층을 포함하고, 상기 제2재료층은 제2소켓이 삽입될 수 있는 개구부를 가지며, 기부는 최소한 그의 일부에서 상기 제1 및 제2재료층 사이에서 압착되며, 상기 기부는 상기 재료층들 중의 최소한 하나에 고정 부착되어 기부를 제품 부분에 부착시키는 수단을 마련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 각각의 연관된 소켓에 의해 수납되는 각각의 표시 요소가 상기 소켓과 동일 크기 및 동일 형태로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 제품 부분이 신발류의 신등 부분으로서 제2재료층을 마련하는 앞닫이 보강 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 각각의 표시 요소를 그 대응된 소켓들 내에 계류 상태로 고정시키는 수단이 요홈 부분 및 이에 삽입되는 리브 부분을 포함하고, 상기 부분들중의 하나는 벽과 일체로 성형하고 나머지 하나는 표시 요소와 일체로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  18. 제14항에 있어서, 각각의 벽 부분이 제2층 재료내의 연관된 개구부 외측으로 연장되도록 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  19. 제14항에 있어서, 기부가 상기 양 소켓 부분들의 주위로 외측으로 연장되는 공통 플랜지를 포함하고. 상기 플랜지는 상기 재료층들 중의 최소한 하나에 고정 부착되어 기부를 제품부분에 부착시키는 수단을 마련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  20. 제13항에 있어서, 소켓들 및 표시 요소들이 삼각형 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  21. 제13항에 있어서, 표시 요소들이 다양한 색상들로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  22. 제13항에 있어서, 표시 요소들의 양면들 이 다른 색상으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
  23. 제13항에 있어서, 유지구 벽들이 투명한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시구가 부착된 제품.
