Claims (15)
- 일정한 간격을 두고 평행으로 배열되며 내식성 재료로 형성되는 적어도 세계의 평행한 플레이트 엘레멘트와, 플레이트들의 사이를 통과하여 흐르는 열교환 유체의 공급 및 배출용 수단으로 이루어진 플레이트 열교환기에 있어서,플레이트 엘레멘트가 플루오로폴리머와 집착된 그래파이트 몸체로부터 제작되며, 선단이 펼쳐진 경계구역을 가지고,유연하고 내식성이 있는 재료의 시일이 두 개의 인접한 경계구역의 사이로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,플레이트 엘레멘트가 적어도 70%의 그래파이트 파우더와 최대한 30%의 플루오로 폴리머를 함유한 몸체로부터 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
- 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서,플레이트 엘레멘트가 결합재로서 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드를 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서,플레이트 엘레멘트의 부피밀도, 열전도율, 인장강도가 각각 2.0 내지 2.1g/cm3, 15 내지 30W/m·K, 20 내지 50Mpa인 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서,플레이트 엘레멘트가 내마모성 입자를 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서,플레이트 엘레멘트가 1 내지 50%의 실리콘 카아바이드 입자를 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서,플레이트 엘레멘트가 2내지 20%의 탄소 섬유를 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서,플레이트 엘레멘트의 표면에 부분적으로 너브가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제8항에 있어서,너브가 유체유동을 제어하는 스크린을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제9항에 있어서,플레이트 엘레멘트가 적어도 부분적으로는 얇은 판자모양의 탄소 섬유 시이트에 의해 보강된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제10항에 있어서,시일이 0.1 내지 0.3mm의 두께인 그래파이트 박막으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제11항에 있어서,그래파이트 박막이 플루오로폴리머로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서,0.5mm 이하의 입자크기인 그래파이트 파우더가 200 내지 350℃의 온도에서 95 : 5 내지 70 : 30의 비로 플루오로 폴리머와 혼합하고,실온으로 냉각된 혼합물을 0.3mm 이하의 입자크기로 분쇄하며,분쇄된 제품이 적어도 200bar의 압력과 적어도 200℃의 온도에서 압착되게 한 플레이트 엘레멘트를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
- 제13항에 있어서,그래파이트 파우더가 미세하게 분류된 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드 파우더와 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
- 제13항 내지 제14항에 있어서,최대한 0.001mm의 입자 크기인 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드 파우더를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
