Claims (5)
- (A) 중간 평균 분자량이 50,000이상이고, 유기 라디칼당 7개 미만의 탄소원자를 갖는 1가 탄화수소라디칼 또는 라디칼당 7개 미만의 탄소원자를 갖는 2-(퍼플루오로알킬)에틸라디칼이며, pH가 9이상인 물중의 분산입자의 에멀젼으로 존재하는 음이온적으로 안정화된 하이드록실 말단차단된 폴리디오가노실옥산 100중량부; (B) 디알킬틴디카복실레이트 0.1내지 2.0중량부; (C) 일반식 Si(OR')4(여기에서 R'는 탄소수 1내지 4의 저급 알킬라디칼이다)의 알킬오르토실리케이트 1내지 10중량부; 및 (D) 교질성 실리카 0내지 100중앙부와, 임의로 (E)추가의 몰 및 (F)직경에 대한 길이의 비가 10 : 1이상으로 1내지 10㎛의 직경과 30㎛내지 10mm의 길이를 갖는 섬유 1내지 10중량부 또는 라우릴 알코올 0.2내지 1.5중량부, 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 성분들을, 필수적으로, (C)가 존재하는 경우에만 (A)와 (B)가 혼합되도록 하는 조건하에서 혼합하여 숙성기간 없이 즉시 사용될 수 있는, 물중에 분산된 성분들의 에멀젼을 제조한 다음 몰을 제거하여 실리콘 탄성체를 수득하는단계로 이루어지는 실리콘 탄성체의 제조방법.
- 사용전에 2부분, 즉 필수적으로 성분(A) 100중량부, 성분(D) 1내지 10중량부 및 성분(F)로 이루어진 제 I부분과 필수적으로 성분(B) 0.1내지 2.0중량부, 성분 (C) 1내지 10중량부 및 성분(D) 15내지 35중량으로 이루어진 제 Ⅱ부분으로 저장되는 제1항의 성분들로부터, 제Ⅰ부분과 제Ⅱ부분을 혼합하여 몰중에 분산된 성분들의 에멀젼을 제조하고, 즉시 혼합물의 거품을 생성시킨 다음 즉시 거품으로부터 몰을 제거하여 포움을 수득하는 단계로 이루어지는 포움의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 거품을 기계적 교반에 의해 생성시키는 방법.
- (1) 초과 대기압하에 제1에어로졸 용기내에서 필수적으로 성분(A) 100중량부, 성분(D) 1내지 10중량부, 성분(F), 및 이소부탄, 프로판, 디클로로-디플루오로메탄, 트리클로로플루오로메탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 에어로졸 추진 제1내지 20중량부로 이루어진 조성물을 혼합하고; (2)제2에어로졸 용기내에는 초과대기압하에서 필수적으로 성분 (B) 0.1내지 2.0중량부, 성분(C)1내지 10중량부, 성분(D) 15내지 35중량부, 및 이소부탄, 프로판, 디클로로디플루오로메탄, 트리클로로플루오로메탄 및 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택된 에어로졸 추진 제1내지 20중앙부로 이루어진 조성물을 혼합한 다음; (3) 제1및 제2에어로졸 용기내의 혼합물을, 초과대기합하에서 단계(2)에 언급된 성분들의 비율을 유지시키는 속도로 제3혼합용기대로 배출시켜 제3용기의 내용물을 혼합한 후; (4) 즉시 단계 (5)의 혼합물을 대기압하의 공간으로 배출시켜 거품을 생성시킨 다음; (5)거품으로부터 즉시 물을 제거하여 포옴을 생성시키는 단계로 필수적으로 이루어진, 제1항의 성분들로 부터 연속기로 탄성 포움을 제조하는 방법.
- (1)필수적으로 성분(A) 100중량부, 성분(D) 1내지 10중량부, 및 성분(F)로 이루어진 제 I 부분과, 필수적으로 성분(B) 0.1내지 2.0중량부, 성분(C) 1내지 10중량부, 및 성분(D) 15내지 35중량부로 이루어진 제Ⅱ부분을 혼합하고; (2)단계 (1)의 혼합물을 에어로졸 용기내에 도입시킨 다음; (3)단계 (2)의 에어로졸 용기내의 내용물에 이소부탄, 프로판, 디클로로디플루오로메탄, 트리클로로-플루오로메탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 생성된 에어로졸 추진제 1내지 20중량부를 가하여 혼합한후; (4)단계 (3)의 혼합물을 대기압하의 공간으로 배출시켜 거품을 생성시키고; (5) 거품을로부터 물을 제거하여 연속기포포움을 생성시키는 단계로 필수적으로 구성되며, 숙성시간을 필요로하지 않는, 제1항의 성분들로부터 연속기로 탄성포움을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
