Claims (12)
- 다음 일반식의 리파제 기질이[식중, A는 C16까지의 알킬렌 또는 알케닐렌기, R 및 R1은 같거나 다를 수 있고, 각각 C20까지의 알킬, 알케닐 또는 아실기 또는 알킬 부분이 C8까지의 인의로 알킬-치환된 아릴 또는 아랄킬기, R 및 R1의 하나는 수소 원자, X는 방향족 히드록시 또는 티올 화합물의 잔사, Y 및 Z는 독립적으로 -S- 또는 -O-, Z는 또한 -CH2-] 리파제를 포함하는 샘플의 작용을 받고 유리된 방향족 히드록시 또는 티올 화합물이 임의로 직접적으로 정량되거나 또는, 적당한 색원체와 결합한 후에, 형성된 색이 광학적으로 정량되는 것으로 구성되는 리파제를 광학적으로 정량하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리파제 기질의 R 및/또는 R1가 C8-C12를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 리파제 기질의 A가 C3-C7를 포함하는 방법.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 리파제 기질의 X가 치환되지 않았거나 또는 치환된 레소루핀, 큭로로페놀 레드, 인독실, 나프톨, 티오페놀, 티오플루오로세인 또는 페놀기인 방법.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 리파제 기질이 1,2-0-디옥틸-rac-글리세로-3-아겔라인산 레소루핀 에스테르인 방법.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 리파제 기질이 1,2-0-디데실-rac-글리세로-3-피멜린산 레소루핀 에스테르인 방법.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 리파제 기질이 1,2-0-디데실-rac-글리세로-3-글루타르산 레소루핀 에스테르인 방법.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 리파제 기질이 1,2-0-디도데실-rac-글리세로-3-글루타르산 레소루핀 에스테르인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.1-10mg/ml 의 염 온도에서 정량하는 방법.
- 담즙산 알카리 금속 염, 콜리파제, 염, 우레아 및/또는 색원체 결합제 뿐만 아니라, 제1항에서 제8항까지 중의 최소한 한 화합물 및 완충 물질을 포함하는, 리파제의 광학적 정량용의 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 각각이 테스트시 용액으로 준비된, 0.05-10mg/ml 기질, 2-50mg/ml데스옥시콜레이트, 0.001-0.01mg/ml콜리파제, 1-100mg/ml우레아,0.1-10mg/ml염화 나트륨 및 1-50mg/ml 완충 물질을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 담체 재료내에 함유된 상태로 존재하는 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
