Claims (10)
- SiO2-Al2O3-B2O3-RO-R2O계, SiO2-Al2O3(B2O3)-P2O5-Li2O-[ZrO2(TiO2)]계, 및 SiO2-P2O5-B2O3-[RO]계에서 선정되는 조성이고, 여기에는 RO는 MgO, CaO, SrO, BaO 및 ZnO 군에서 선택되며, R2O는 알카리 금속 산화물군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 함수소 글라스 미세포말 및 가스-세라믹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화물을 기준으로 한 중량%로써 적어도 8% SiO2, 적어도 30% B2O3+Al2O3+P2O5및 적어도 10% B2O3+P2O5를 함유하고, 여기에서 SiO2+B2O3+Al2O3+P2O5》RO+R|2O 및 B2O3+Al2O3+P2O5〉RO+R|2O임을 특징으로 하는 함수소 글라스 미세포말 및 가스-세라믹.
- 제1항에서 있어서, 산화물을 기준으로 한 중량%로써, 필수적으로 SiO225~65, RO 0~15, Al2O315~35, R2O 0~20, B2O312~35, RO+R|2O 1.5~20, P2O50~10로 구성되는 SiO2-Al2O3-B2O3-RO-R2O계에서 선택된 유리질 표피를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 함수소 글라스 미세포 말 및 가스-세라믹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화물을 기준으로한 중량%로써 필수적으로 SiO240~50, ZrO20~10, Al2O315~35, B2O30~15, P2O|510~25, TiO20~5, Li2O 1~7로 구성되는 SiO2-Al2O3(B2O3)-P2O5-Li|2O-[ZrO2(TiO2)]계로부터 선정됨을 특징으로 하는 함수소 글라스미세포말 및 가스-세라믹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화물을 기준으로 한 중량%로써 필수적으로 SiO210~50, MgO 0~20, B2O37~20, ZnO 0~15, P2O530~60 MgO+ZnO 2~20로 구성된 SiO2-B2O3-P2O5-[RO]계로부터 선택되는 유리질 표피를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 함수소 글라스 미세포 말 및 가스-세라믹.
- 제1항에서 제5항중 어느 한 항의 함수소 글라스 미세포말 또는 가스-세라믹의 제조를 위해, (a) RO가 MgO, CaO, SrO, BaO 및 ZnO 군에서 선택되고, R2O는 알카리 금속 산화물군에서 선택되는 SiO2-Al2O3-B2O3-RO-R2O, SiO2-Al2O3(B2O3)-P2O5-Li2O-[ZrO2(TiO2)] 및 SiO2-P2O5-B2O3-[RO]계로부터 선택되는 조성이고, 아민 및/또는 카르보히드 레이트 및/또는 히드로카르본과 인산염의 배합물, 및/또는 암모늄염군에서 선택된 수소 생성제를 함유하는 글라스 배치를 용해하고, (b) 상기 융체를 냉각함과 동시에 이로부터 소정 구조의 글라스 형상을 형성한 후, (c) 상기 형상을 약 700~1000℃에서 그 내부에 함수소 셀이 생성되기에 충분한 시간동안 열처리함을 특징으로 하는 함수소 글라스 미세포말 또는 가스-세라믹의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수소 생성제가 NH4H2PO4, (NH4)2HPO4, NH4Cl, NH4B4O7및 Al(PO3)3을 갖는 녹말 및/또는 설탕군에서 선정됨을 특징으로 하는 함수소 글라스 미세포말 또는 가스-세라믹의 제조방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 열처리가 그 내부에 결정 성장이 일어나기에 충분한 시간동안 계속됨을 특징으로 하는 함수소 가스-세라믹의 제조방법.
- 주요 결정상으로서 BPO4및/또는 Mg2P2O7를 함유하는 자생적 함수소 가스-세라믹의 제조를 위해, 산화물을 기준으로 하는 중량%로써 필수적으로 SiO210~50, MgO 0~20, B2O37~20, ZnO 0~15 P2O530~60, MgO+ZnO>13~20로 구성되며, 인산염과 아민 및/또는 카르보히드레이트 및/또는 히드로카르본의 배합물, 및/또는 암모늄염군에서 선택되는 수소 생성제를 함유하는 글라스 배치를 용해함을 특징으로 하는 함수소 가스-세라믹의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 수소 생성제가 NH4H2PO4, (NH4)2HPO4, NH4Cl, NH4B4O7그리고 Al(PO3)3를 갖는 녹말 및/또는 설탕군에서 선택됨을 특징으로하는 함 수소 가스-세라믹의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
