Claims (18)

- 제1항에서 제4항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 벌크(bulk)전기 저항도는 10-1ohm cm 이하인 전극.
- 제5항에 있어서, 벌크 전기 저항도는104ohm cm 이하인 전극.
- 제1항에서 제6항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 섬유 재료의 직경이 0.05mm 또는 그 이하인 조성물의 전극.
