Claims (16)

  1. 주름 판지층으로 형성된 다층 슬리이브를 포함하고 그 슬리이브가 최소한 하나의 평면을 갖는 용기에 있어서, 슬리이브의 최소한 한 단면에 최소한 하나의 플랩이 있고, 그 플랩이 평면에 연장되고, 절첩선이 슬리이브의 평면과 플랩을 구별하고, 그 절첩선이 주름이 없는 스트립을 갖고, 그 플랩이 절첩선에 대해서 굽혀질 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리이브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각 주름 판지층이 주름매체에 얇게 덮혀진 평면판을 갖고 주름 판지가 다층 슬리이브를 형성하기전에 절첩선의 스트립에서 어떠한 주름 매채도 갖지 않는 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 4개의 플랩이 슬리이브의 4개의 평면으로부터 연장된 슬리이브의 한 단부에 설치되는 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 주름 매체를 갖는 스트립이 슬리이브의 두께와 최소한 같은 두께를 갖는 용기.
  5. 맨드렐 주위에 주름판지층을 감음으로써 형성되는 다층 슬리이브를 포함하고 그 슬리이브가 이웃한 면 사이에 모서리를 갖는 최소한 4개의 평면을 갖는 용기에 있어서, 슬리이브의 최소한 한 단면에 최소한 2개의 플랩이 있고, 각 플랩이 양측 평면에 연장되고, 절첩선 각 플랩과 슬리이브의 평면을 구별하고, 그 절첩선이 그 것안에 주름을 갖지 않는 스트립을 갖으며, 슬리이브 모서리에서 절단된 플랩들은 각각 절첩선에 대해서 안쪽으로 굽혀질 수 있게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리이브.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 주름 판지층이 주름 매체에 얇게 덮혀진 평면판을 갖고 맨드렐 주위에 주름 판지층을 감기전에 절첩선의 스트립에 어떠한 주름매채도 갖지 않는 용기.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 4개의 플랩이 슬리이브의 4개평면으로부터 연장된 슬리이브 한 단부에 설치되고, 각 모서리에서 절단된 슬릿으로 모든 플랩이 절첩선에 대해서 안쪽으로 굽혀지도록 하는 용기.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 4개의 플랩이 슬리이브의 4개 평면으로부터 연장된 슬리이브 한 단부에 설치되고, 각 모서리에;서 슬리이브 재료를 제거하도록 절단된 슬롯트로 모든 플랩이 절첩선에 대해서 안쪽으로 굽혀지도록 하는 용기.
  9. 주름판지층이 맨드렐 주위에 감겨서 최소한 하나의 평면을 갖는 다층 슬리이브를 형성하고 슬리이브의 평면의 최소한 한 단면에 플랩을 포함하는 주름 판지 용기를 만드는 방법에 있어서, 주름매체에 얇게 덮혀진 평판을 포함하는 주름 판지가 맨드렐 주위에 감겨지도록 이송하는 단계와, 맨드렐 주위에 주름판 지층을 감기전에 어떠한 주름매체도 설치되지 않은 평판의 스트립을 맨드렐 축과 수직이 되게 남겨두어 슬리이브의 평면으로부터 플랩을 분리하는 절첩선을 그 스트립이 나타내어서 플랩이 절첩선에 대해서 굽혀질 수 있는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 주름 판지층이 맨드렐 주위에 감겨서 이웃한 면사이에 모서리를 갖는 최소한 4개의 평면을 갖는 다층 슬리이브를 형성하고, 슬리이브 평면의 최소한 한 단면에 플랩을 포함하는 주름 판지용기를 만드는 방법에 있어서, 주름 매체가 얇게 덮혀진 평판을 포함하는 주름 판지가 맨드렐 주위에 감겨지도록 이송하는 단계 주름 판지층을 맨드렐 주위에 감기전에 평판은 그대로 유지하고 스트립이 각 플랩과 슬리이브의 평면을 구별하는 절첩선을 나타내도록 주른 판지층으로부터 주름 매체 스트립을 제거하는 단계, 및 각 플랩이 절첩선 안쪽으로 굽혀질 수 있도록 슬리이브 모서리의 플랩을 절단하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 주름 매체의 스트립이 정밀 치형 회전톱날로 절단함으로써 제거되는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 주름 매체의 스트립이 라우터(router)에 의한 절단으로 제거되는 방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 플렐이 플랩 사이의 모서리에 세로째기로 절단되는 방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 이웃한 플랩사이에 슬롯트를 설치하기 위해서 제1방법으로 슬리이브를 평평하게 하고 양측 슬리이브 모서리들을 절단한 다음에 제2방법으로 슬리이브를 평평하게 하고 다른 양측 슬리이브 모서리들을 절단함으로써 플랩들이 잘라지는 방법.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 제거된 주름 매체의 스트립이 용기의 슬리이브 두께와 최소한 같은 방법.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 주름 매체가 제거된 스트립의 평면판을 통과하도록 플랩이 슬리이브에 절단된 방법.
