Claims (6)

  1. 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 1-시클로헥실-4,4-디메틸-2-(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-펜트-1-엔-3-온의 (E)-이성체를 불활성 희석제와 키랄 아미노 알콜, 및 경우에 따라서는 아민의 존재하에, -70℃ 내지 50℃에서 리튬 알루미늄 하이드라이드와 반응시켜 구조식(I)의 (E)-1-시클로헥실-4,4-디메틸-3-하이드록시-2-(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-펜트-1-엔의 (-)-대장체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 불활선 유기희석재가 디에틸 에테르, 테트라하이드로푸란 또는 3급-부틸 메틸 에테르임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 키랄 아미노-알콜이 N-메틸-에페드린의 (-)대장체인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 아민이 N-에틸-아닐린인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 -20℃ 내지 40℃에서 수행하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 구조식(Ⅱ)의 1-시클로헥실-4,4-디메틸-2-(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-펜트-1-엔-3-온의 (E)-이성체 1몰당 1 내지 3몰의 리튬 알루미늄 하이드라이드와 1 내지 3몰의 키랄아미노 알콜, 및 필요에 따라서는 2 내지 4몰의 아민을 사용하는 방법.
