Claims (8)
- 금속 스트립의 연속소둔을 행할시, 열사이클, 라인속도, 판두께, 판폭등의 설정변경에 상응해서, 소정의 온도, 유량으로 설정된 판온도조절용의 가스를, 금속스트립의 양측 또는 일측에 가스분사용노즐을 배설하여, 그 노즐로부터 금속스트립으로 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속스트립 연속소둔로에서의 가열방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바이패스유로를 갖는 축열기를 사용하고, 이 축열기 및 바이패스 유로를 통하여서, 분사용기체의 온도 및 유량을 조절하는 금속 스트립 연속 소둔로에서의 가열 방법.
- 금속스트립의 연속소둔을 행할시, 열사이클, 라인속도, 판두께, 판폭등의 설정변경에 상응해서, 소정의 온도, 유량으로 설정된 판온도조절용의 가스를, 금속스트립의 양측 또는 일측에 또한 레디언트 튜우브의 사이에 가스분사용 노즐을 배설하여, 그 노즐로 부터 금속스트립으로 분사하는 것을 특징으로하는 금속스트립연속 소둔로에서의 가열방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 바이패스유로를 갖는 축열기를 사용하고, 이 축열기 및 바이패스유로를 통하여, 분사용기체의 온도및 유량을 조절하는 금속스트립연속 소둔로에서의 가열방법.
- 금속스트립의 연속소둔을 행할시, 열사이클, 라인속도, 판두께등의 설정변경에 상응하여 가열대에서의 소요온도 및 유량으로 설정된 판은 제어용의 가스를 금속스트립으로 분사하는 가열방법에 있어서, 설정변경시 보다도 이전에, 레디언트 튜우브의 연소량을 변화시킴과 동시에, 레디언트튜우브의 온도경과에 상응하여 가스분사의 온도 유량을 설정변경시까지 서서히 변화시키는 것을 특징으로하는 금속스트립 연속소둔로의 가열방법.
- 금속스트립의 연속소둔을 행할시, 열사이클, 라인속도, 판두께등의 변경에 상응하여, 연속소둔로의 가열대의 일부에 있어서, 금속스트립을 응답성이 좋은 가스분사등에 의해서 가열 또는 냉각하여 금속스트립의 가열온도를 목표온도로 제어하는 것을 특징으로하는 금속스트립연속 소둔로의 가열방법.
- 금속스트립의 연속 소둔로의 가열대의 일부에 응답성이 좋은 가스분사등에 의한 가열 또는 냉각수단을 갖는 판은 제어대를 설치하는 것을 특징으로하는 금속스트립연속 소둔로의 가열장치.
- 금속스트립의 연속소둔을 행할시, 열사이클, 라인속도, 판두께등의 설정변경에 상용해서 소요온도,유량으로 설정된 판온도조절용의 가스를 금속스트립으로 분사하는 가스분사장치의 전단부를 열부하변화량 20-30%에 대응해서 가열대의 후부영역의 전단으로하며, 후단부를 가열구역의 최후부에 걸쳐서 또는 균열대 전체에 설치하는 것을 특징으로하는 금속스트립의 가열장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
