Claims (1)

  1. 합체하여서 중공 헬멧(A)으로 되도록한 소정된 형상의 헬멧 윗쪽 쉘체(4) 및 헬멧 아래쪽 쉘체(6)의 쌍방 혹은 최소한 어느 것인가를 성형하기 위한 성형 캐비티(6)(7)를 보유하는 금형(1), 그 금형과 병설된 메인 핫 런너(2), 그 메인 핫 런너에서 분기되어 금형의 폐쇄로서 상기한 성형 캐비티의 중앙에 스프루게이트(11)가 개통상태로 되는 2차 핫런너(3) 및 상기한 메인 핫 런너에 성형재료를 사출하는 노즐(18)을 구성요소로 하여 포함하는 사출성형장치로서, 상기한 메인 핫 런너의 빈부분에 진퇴가능한 플런저(20)를 장비한 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 플라스틱 헬멧 제조용 성형품의 사출 성형장치.
