Claims (7)
- 한쪽 끝에 인렉(inlet)수단을 가지며 다른 한쪽 끝에 플런저 오프닝(plunger opening)을 갖는 하우징(housing)을 포함하는 본체; 하우징의 말단벽을 한정하는 거의 반구의 표면 및 그것을 통해 하우징 내로 유체가 통과하기에 적합하도록 한 확장된 오프닝; 및 비드(bead)가 반구의 표면과 완전히 접촉하여 자리잡는 경우, 비드와 반구의 표면 사이의 부피가 거의 0가 되도록 하우징내에 위치하며 반구의 표면에 거의 상응하는 크기인 거의 구형의 비드로 이루어진 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인렛수단이 하우징과 통하는 중심통로를 가지며, 하우징과 일체인 니플부를 포함하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중심통로가 그것을 통해 하우징내로 통과하는 유체에 난류를 일으키도록 원추형 구조를 갖는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인렛수단과 통하는 오프닝을 가지며, 본체상에 해체가능하게 끼워지는 피펫부를 추가로 포함하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 피펫부가, 하우징의 인렛수단으로부터 피펫부를 이동시키기 위한 그립핑 플렌지(gripping flange) 수단을 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비드가 그 표면상에 항원 수용체의 피복물을 포함하는 장치.
- 제1 내지 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 정의된 장치로 검정을 수행함을 특징으로 하고, 유체중의 분석물에 대한 검정을 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
