Emulsion of oil and water

1 is a general schematic diagram of the prior art.

2 is an overall schematic view of the present invention.

3 (a) is a detailed view of a part B. FIG.

3 (b) is a detailed view of part C. FIG.

제4도는 A-A' 단면도.4 is a cross-sectional view along the line A-A '.

5 is a perspective view of the wire mesh.

The present invention relates to a device for producing an emulsion fuel by mixing oil and water.

Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 1, water and oil are put into the mixer 1 at a desired ratio within the range of 0-100%, and supplied to the stirrer 3 by a pump 2, and then the blade 4 of the stirrer. Was prepared to store the emulsion zone fuel and stored in tank (5) and burned through burner (6). The long length of the flame, the flame is unstable, the particles of the sprayed oil fall on the floor to generate a soot and increase the temperature of the exhaust gas. The problem is that the mixing ratio of oil and water is kept constant, and the particles of water mixed in the oil are refined and infiltrated between the oils, so that stability can be maintained even during long-term storage, and water particles are attracted from the surroundings during combustion. It explodes rapidly by the micro Explosion phenomenon and activates contact between oil and air, thereby reducing the excess air rate and saving fuel.

According to the accompanying drawings, it is as follows.

A rotary blade 11 having several water jet holes 13 in the stirrer 3 'is formed in multiple layers so as to be in communication with the inner channel 12 of the rotary shaft 10, and the channel 12 is disposed below the rotary shaft 10. The water supply pump 8 is connected to the water pipe 15 is installed so that the water is pumped into the furnace, the other side of the rotary shaft 10 is configured as a gear to the motor (9). One side of the bottom of the stirrer 3 'constitutes an oil pipe 16 provided with an oil supply pump 7 so that the supply oil is filled in the stirrer 3'. The wire mesh 14 is rotated to insert the rotary shaft 10 and the rotary blade 11 to a diameter larger than the full length of the rotary blade 11. Effects of the present invention configured as described above are as follows. The oil supply channel 7 of the rotary shaft 10 was continuously supplied to the feed pump 7 through the lower portion of the stirrer 3 'and the water was supplied to the water supply pump 8 at a pressure of 1.5 kg / cm 2 or more higher than the oil supply pressure. The centrifugal force of the rotary blade 11 and the hydraulic pressure of the water supply pump 8 which are sent to the rotary blade 11 by the power of the driving motor 9 in the opposite direction to the rotary direction of the rotary blade 11 After the small particles of water have penetrated through the oil through the water jet hole 13 of 1 mm in the rotary blade 11, the rotary blade 11 collides with the oil firstly and becomes finer while rotating. Secondary collision with the circular cylindrical wire mesh 14 by the centrifugal force obtained by the collision with (11) causes the particles of water to be further refined and the particles collide with the inner wall of the stirrer in the third order to further refine the particles. The particles of water produced by the method under a microscope Analysis of the organization of the water particle size was not less than 2μ average 83%.

Table 1 shows the water particle size and composition ratio produced by the present invention.

[Table 1] Water Particle Size and Composition Ratio

The emulsion fuel produced by the present invention can be stored under the same conditions for about 7 days.

[Table 2] Water Particle Size and Safety

In this way, the present invention is a practical design that enables the problem of being unable to maintain the emulsified state due to insufficient micronization of conventional water particles by miniaturizing the water particles.
