본 고안은 두 가지의 제품 즉, 아암에 샤프트를 압입시켜 주기 위한 압입장치에 관한 것으로, 압입작업시 진공에 의하여 샤프트를 빨아들이게 하여 상부 플레이트의 홀더에 자동홀딩되게하고 스토파에 의해 샤프트의 길이를 자유로히 변경조절할 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a press fitting apparatus for press-fitting a shaft into two products, that is, an arm. 본 고안은 이와같은 종래의 문제점을 해결함에 그 목적이 있는 것으로 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 즉, 슬라이드핀(4)이 탄발승강되도록 내장된 하부홀더(3)와 제품가이드용 핀(2)을 가진 하부 플레이트(1)의 일측에 승강안내봉(5)을 설하고 동 승강안내봉(5)에 관통되어 이를 타고 승강되게한 상부플레이트(6)의 저면부에는 상부홀더(7)와 다이(8)를 상부결합하여 펀치 역활을 하게하여 동상부홀더(7)에 진공을 이용하여 샤프트가 홀딩되게 하고, 상하플레이트(6)(1)의 일측에는 스토퍼(6a)(1a)를 각각 형성하여서 되는 제품압입장치인 것이다.The present invention is to solve the conventional problems as described above in detail based on the accompanying drawings as follows. 본 고안의 작동상태를 설명하면 먼저 도면 제2(b)도에서 보는 바와 같이 제품(아암)을 하부플레이트(1)에 설치되어있는 제품가이용핀(4)과 하부홀더(3)에 끼워고정시켜놓고 제품(샤프트)은 상부플레이트(6)의 하부홀더(7)에 진공에 의해 흡입되게하여 자동으로 홀딩시켜준뒤 푸쉬스위치를 눌러주게되면 제2(b)도에서와 같이 상부플레이트(6)가 하강되면서 제품(아암과 샤프트)이 압입되는 것이다. 이후 푸쉬스위치를 놓으면 상부플레이트(6)가 다시 상승되면서 제품압입작업이 완료되는 것이다. 본 고안은 상술한 바와같이 작동되어 제1도에서 도시되어있는 바와같이 샤프트를 아암에 끼워주게되는 것으로, 종래의 압입장치가 지니고 있는 스트리퍼플레이트나 펀치등의 부품을 생략하여 그 구조가 매우 간단해진 것이며, 스토파에 의해 샤프트의 길이를 변경조절하기가 간편하게된 것이어서 작업속도가 빠르고 간단한 구조에 의한 정확한 작동을 기하게 됨은 물론 고장발생률이 적어지고 수작업으로 샤프트를 홀더에 끼워주지 않으므로 인한 안전사고 발생의 염려가 없게되어 작업능률의 향상을 기하게 되는 매우 유용한 고안인 것이다.Referring to the operating state of the present invention, first, as shown in Figure 2 (b) of the product (arm) by fitting the product pin (4) and the lower holder (3) installed on the lower plate (1) When the product (shaft) is sucked by the vacuum in the lower holder (7) of the upper plate (6) is automatically held and then push the push switch, the upper plate (6) as shown in Figure 2 (b) As it descends, the product (arm and shaft) is press-fitted.
