Claims (4)

  1. 디스플레이상에 텍스트 및 그래픽을 표시할 수 있는 텍스트 및 그래픽 디스플레이 능력을 가진 컴퓨터 디스플레이 시스템에 있어서, 그래픽 디스플레이를 선택적으로 블랭킹하기 위해 주사선 윈도우잉 장치를 갖는데, 상기 주사선 윈도우잉 장치가 상기 디스플레이에 표시될 정보를 나타내는 전기신호들을 기억하기 위한 비트맵 메모리와; 상기 디스플레이상에서 상기 비트맵 메모리내의 정보의 디스플레이를 제어하기 위해 상기 비트맵 메모리에 응답하는 제어기 수단과; 상기 비트맵 메모리내의 정보의 일부분의 디스플레이를 인에블링하거나 또는 비트맵 메모리내에 기억된 정보의 일부분을 블랭킹하여 디스플레이상에 정보가 디스플레이되지 않도록 하기 위해 상기 비트맵 메모리에 기억된 인에이블 비트들에 응답하는 블랭킹수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 한 컴퓨터 디스플레이 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 디스플레이 비트는 디스플레이의 각 주사선용으로 상기 비트맵 메모리내에 기억되는 것으로서 주사선의 표시가능영역상에서 최종표시 가능비트를 따르는 다음 비트인 것을 특징으로 한 컴퓨터 디스플레이 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 720비트들은 상기 비트맵 메모리의 표시가능영역에 각 주사선용으로 기억되고, 304비트들은 사기 비트맵 메모리의 표시불가능 영역에 각 주사선용으로 기억되고, 상기 인에이블 비트는 각 주사선의 721번째 비트인 것을 특징으로 한 컴퓨터 디스플레이 시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 주사선의 마지막에서 인에블 비트를 뒤이은 1주사선의 주사선 데이타는, 인에이블 비트가 1로 세트된때 블랭크되는 것을 특징으로 한 컴퓨터 디스플레이 시스템.
