Claims (9)

  1. 코울타르 또는 코울타르계의 드리이슬러지 또는 퀴노린불용분 함유량이 0.1중량% 이하의 원료를 수첨(水添) 촉매의 존재하에서 수소화분해하여 수소화유를 만들고, 이 수소화유를 40kg/cm2G 이하의 압력과 최종온도 470 내지 520℃ 이하 및 체류시간 60 내지 350초에서 열분해시켜 열분해유를 만들고, 이것으로부터 불휘발성 물질을 제거한 잔류분으로부터 얻어지는 코우크스화 원료를 450 내지 465℃, 2 내지 10kg/cm2G의 조건하에서 딜레이드 코우킹 방식에 의하여 코우크스화를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슈우퍼 니이들 코우크스의 제조법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수첨반응을 고정바닥 또는 유동바닥의 어느 방법으로 행하는 것.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 수소화유의 탈질소화율을 19.0% 이상으로 한 것.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 수소화유의 탈질소화율을 22.5% 내지 46.5%로 한 것.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 수소화유의 탈질소화울은 23.7% 내지 37.4%로 한 것.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 불휘발성 물질의 제거를 폴리시탑을 사용하고, 그 탑바닥으로부터 빼내는 것에 의하여 행하는 것.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 455 내지 465℃의 코우크스화 온도조건을 사용하는 것.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 슈우퍼 니이들 코우크스의 진 비중을 2.15 이상으로 하는 것.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 슈우퍼 니이들 코우크스의 동적잔류팽창L(%)이 +0.05% 이하인 것.
