1:탄화수소 시동물질 공급노즐, 2:연료탄화수소 분무노즐, 3:산소함유기체 공급노즐 4:활성제 공급노즐, 5:제1냉각수 공급노즐, 6:제2냉각수 공급노즐, 7:보충고온 가열가스공급노즐, 8:제1구역, 9;제2구역, 10:제3구역, 11:폐색부, 12:연도.

Claims (4)

  1. 가열연료 물질과 산소함유 기체가 혼합되며, 고온연소 가스류가 생성되는 제1구역, 고온연소가스류에 탄화수소 시동물질이 혼합되어 카본블랙을 생성하는 제2구역, 그리고 이렇게 하여 생성된 카본블랙이 카본블랙을 활성화하는 활성제와 접촉하는 제2구역에 연속한 하류의 제3구역으로 이루어진 반응계에서, 활성제로서 제3구역에 스팀이 도입됨을 특징으로 하는 카본블랙의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스팀이 단위시간당 가스량에 대하여 5 내지 50용량%의 양만큼 도입되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제3구역의 온도가 1,200 내지 1,800℃의 범위이내인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 카본블랙의 제3구역체류 시간이 0.1 내지 10초인 방법.
