결합식 고무재 온돌판

이 고안은 결합, 분리 및 설치와 재사용이 편리하도록 된 결합식 고무재 온돌판에 관한 것이다.
종래의 온돌판은 시멘트 제품으로 성형된 것 또는 시공시에 파이프 상단에 시멘트를 직접 경화시키는 방법을 사용하였으나 이들은 모두 시공이 불편하고 하중이 지나치게 무거워서 운반 및 취급이 불편할 뿐만 아니라 어떠한 방법을 선택하든지 최상단에 별도로 시멘트처리를 해야 하므로 시공에 따르는 시간이 과다히 소모되고 특히 수선할 경우에는 재사용이 거의 불가능한 결점이 있었다.
이 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 재결정을 시정하기 위하여 개개의 온돌판을 상하결합식으로 하되 별도로 도구없이 간단히 결합분리할 수 있도록 상부 온돌판에는 다수의 결합용 돌기부를 돌설시키고 하부의 온돌판에는 다수의 결합용 요홈을 형성하여 재사용은 물론 좌우상하로 조립이 간단하며 또한 고무재를 사용토록 하므로서 보온의 효과가 크고 파이프삽입용요홈의 형성이 용이하고 온돌판 위에 별도의 처리를 하지 않더라도 직접 마루판 또는 방바닥의 역할을 할 수 있는 유용한 온돌판을 제공함에 목적이 있다.
이 고안을 첨부된 예시도면과 함께 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
이 고안은 고무재로 된 상부 온돌판(1)과 하부 온돌판(2)를 상하로 결합할 수 있도록 상부온돌판(1)의 하방에 다수의 결합용 돌기부(3)를 돌설하고 하부온돌판(2)의 상측에 다수의 결합용 요홈(4)을 형성하며 측면에는 각각 대향되는 쪽에부(5)와부(6)를 형성한 구조로 되어 있다.
미설명부호 7은 난방용 파이프, 8은 난방용 파이프(7)를 안치시킬 수 있는 요홈이다.
이 고안은 상부온돌판(1)과 하부온돌판(2)을 결합시킬 경우에 상부온돌판(1)의 결합용 돌기부(3)가 각각 대향되는 하부온돌판(2)의 결합용요홈(4)에 끼워지게 되어 견고한 결합이 이루어지고 또한 각 온돌판의 상하 좌우측에는부(5) 및부(6)가 형성되어 있기 때문에 예시도면 제3도에서와 같이 온돌판을 상하 좌우로 연결할 경우에 인접한 온돌판과의 이탈이 없도록 된 것이다.
이 고안은 온돌판의 부분적인 교체가 용이하고 난방용 파이프(7)를 교체할 경우에도 상부온돌판(1)만을 하부온돌판(2)으로부터 분리하여 용이하게 작업을 할 수 있으며 요홈(8)도 필요에 따라 간단히 형성할 수 있고 사용시에는 보온의 효과가 크므로 자연석 이상의 온기를 간직할 수 있으며 특히 시공후에 온돌판 자체가 평탄하고 알맞는 탄력성을 갖게 되어 별도의 시멘트몰탈등의 처리를 요하지 않는 장점이 있다.

  1. 고무재로 된 상부온돌판(1)과 하부온돌판(2)을 상하로 결합할 수 있도록 상부온돌판(1)의 하방에 다수의 결합용 돌기부(3)를 돌설하고 하부온돌판(2)의 상측에 다수의 결합용 요홈(4)을 형성하며, 측면에는 각각 대향되는쪽에부(5)와부(6)을 형성한 결합식 고무재 온돌판.
