The present invention relates to a shoe midsole. When extruded the midsole's outer body, the lower plate is bonded at a high frequency, and the inner surface of the sole is foamed with urethane resin. It is formed to be in circulation.
Conventionally, there are a number of midsoles formed so that the midsole is well ventilated, but such a design has elasticity by a spring into the midsole and is spoken by an inlet and an air outlet that sucks air into the jub and moves the shoes while walking. If you press the jub in accordance with the flow of the sole to inject the air in the jub between the toes and when the heel is lifted, the jub is inflated by the spring of the spring and the valve acts to suck the air into the jub, so the structure is installed in the midsole Due to its complexity, it is inconvenient to mass-produce products, and it is not suitable for mass production of a large quantity of products, and it is not suitable for precise installation in the narrow space and narrow space. There is no effect of gout, foot wear a lot when wearing shoes There were drawbacks judeon inconvenience.
The present invention has been devised to solve such drawbacks, and the structure and effect will be described in detail by the accompanying drawings as follows.
When the upper plate 2 is formed of latex by a mold of a known midsole 1, a curved surface 3 is formed so that the center of the upper plate 2 is curved, and the lower plate 4 is formed on the bottom circumferential surface of the upper plate 2. The adhesive layer 5 is connected at high frequency, and the fiber cloth 6 is inserted into the upper plate 2 and the lower plate 4, and the small holes 7 are drilled around the lower plate 4, and the front and rear surfaces of the lower plate 4 are formed. The cutout portion 8 is cut out to insert the core 9 foamed with urethane resin from the cutout portion 8 into the inner surface of the midsole 1.
Referring to the effect of the present invention configured in this way in detail as follows.
The upper plate (2) and the lower plate (4) of the midsole (1) were formed by extrusion molding at the same time as a mold for the improvement of the sole of the midsole. By inserting the outer surface and the bottom of the outer body with a fiber cover (6) to prevent the latex layer of the midsole (1) to fold in the skin, the outer body of the latex layer is elastic while maintaining the shape change by the mold It can promote the elasticity of the core 9 on the inner surface and the core 9 is also foamed with urethane resin, which is good in elasticity unlike ordinary sponges, and there is no deformation of the core 9 so that the lower plate 4 of the midsole 1 The air hole is smoothly circulated through the small holes (7). The midsole (1) is installed in the shoe, and when the shoes are stalked, the soles that are in close contact with the ground press the shoe midsole (1) by weight. Of the weight from the heels as the position of the foot changes The core 9 in the midsole 1 out of pressure is tensioned with the outer body and sucks outside air through the pores 7 drilled around the lower end 4 and when the foot is moved, the midsole 1 The midsole (1) which expands to the front part and absorbs external air into the foamed core (9) in a fully inflated state while being subjected to weight pressure from the moment when the sole touches the bottom again (1) Since the air absorbed in the core body 9 is injected into the floor when the shoe is insole, the air is discharged by the midsole 1 even during the hot summer season by discharging the air in the shoe from the bottom to the outside of the shoe. It is distributed and rubs the ankle area from the sole and discharged, so that the midsole (1) wearing the foot cool and dry the sweat from the foot will be able to dry.
