목재의 탄화장치 및 방법

본 발명은 목제 또는 톱밥, 기타 나무 부스러기등을 탄화시키는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 연탄쏘시개용 탄을 제조하기 위하여 톱밥을 탄화시키는 장치가 있었으나, 이에 의하여 탄화된 숫은 고르게 탄화가 되지 않고 또한 사용되는 에너지 소모가 너무나 많기 때문에 비경제적인 결점이 있었다.
본 발명은 이러한 점을 감안하여 발명한 것으로서 탄화장치에 투입되는 목제 또는 톱밥등을 자체열로써 건조시킨다음 이를 탄화통내에 투입시켜 탄화시키는 것으로서 투입되는 원재료를 자체열로서 건조시키고 또한 탄화장치가 이상적으로 구성되어 있어서 탄화효과를 높일 수 있는 유용한 발명이다.
이와같은 본 발명의 구성과 방법은 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 홉퍼(1)에 이송스크류(2)가 횡설된 것에 있어서 이송스크류(2)가 삽입된 건조통(3)내측벽에

형 이송편(4)를 경사지게 다수개를 형성하고 건조통(3)의 선단에는 배출통(5)을 형성하여 집진기(6)와 연결하며 배출통(5)의 일측에는 이송통로(7)와 연결하고 집진기(6)와 이송통로(7)을 연결하는 연결관(8)에는 밸브(9)(9')를 상, 하로 형성한다. 그리고 이송통로(7)의 하단부에는 송풍기(10)를 설치하고 이송통로(7)의 하단이 들어가 있는 탄화통(11)의 내측벽에는 이송편(12)을 다수개 형성하며 탄화통(11)의 임의 곳에 통공(13)이 형성된 격판(14)을 설치하여 격판(14)의 전면에 다수개의 안내판(15)을 형성하고 안내판(15)의 선단에는 통공(16)이 천공된 둥근판(17)를 설치한다.
그리고 탄화통(11)의 선단에는 배출구(18)와 열풍배기통로(19)를 연설하여 배기통로(19)의 일단이 건조통(3)의 입구와 연결되도록 하고 건조통(3)과 탄화통(11)은 롤러(20)(20')와 롤러(21)(21')에 의하여 회동되도록 하여서 된 것이다.
도면중 미설명부호 22는 버너, 23은 환풍기이다.
그리고 탄화방법은 버너에서 발사된 열이 탄화통을 거쳐서 배기통로를 따라 건조통에 유입되어 이송스크류에 의하여 건조통내로 유입되는 목제 또는 톱밥등을 건조시키면서 배출통으로 건조된 목제 및 톱밥과 배출되어 건조물을 이송통로를 따라 탄화통으로 유입되고 폐열은 환풍기에 의하여 배출되면서 폐열을 따라 집진기로 유입된 먼지등은 집진기에서 집진되어 밸브(9)(9')의 조작에 의하여 이송통로로 유입에 탄화통으로 유입되어 탄화통내에서 이동하면서 버너에서 내뿜는 불에 의하여 탄화가 되어 배출되는 것이다.
이와같은 본 발명의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다. 탄화시키기 위한 원료인 목재나 톱밥 또는 나무부스러기등을 홉퍼(1)에 넣고 이송스크류(2)를 회동시키고 또한 롤러(20)(20')로 건조통(3)을 회동시키면 원료는 이송스크류(2)와 건조통(3)내벽에 형성된 이송편(4)에 의하여 이동이된다. 이때 탄화통(11)내로 버너(22)에 의하여 불을 뿜어 주면 열이 발생하여 열은 배기통로(19)를 따라 건조통(3)의 입구로 배출되어 원료와 함께 건조통(3)내를 따라 이동하면서 원료를 건조시켜준다.
이와같이 원료가 건조되면서 배출통(5)으로 배출되어 건조된 원료은 이송통로(7)를 따라 탄화통(11)내로 유입되고 또한 폐열은 집진기(6)를 통하여 환풍기(23)에 의하여 외부로 배출되면서 페열따라 올라온 먼지나 작은 조각등은 집진기(6)에 모여서 밸브(9)(9')의 개폐작동에 의하여 이송통로(7)로 배출되어 건조된 원료와 같이 탄화통(11)내로 유입된다. 이와같이 탄화통(11)내로 건조될 원료가 유입되면 버너(22)에 불을 붙여 탄화통(11)내로 불면 탄화통(11)내의 원료에 불이 붙어 탄화가 된다.
이때 원료의 유입시 탄화통(11)의 열이 역류되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 이송퉁로(7)의 선단에 설치된 송풍기(10)에 의하여 역류를 방지할 수 있다.
이와같이 탄화통(11)내로 건조된 원료가 유입되고 버너(22)에 불을 붙여 탄화통(11)내로 뿜어 줄때 롤러(21)(21')에 의하여 탄화통(11)를 회동시키면 탄화통(11)내벽에 형성된 이송편(12)이 불이 붙어서 타는 원료를 혼합하면서 이동시키게 되므로 불이 붙지않은 원료에도 자체열에 의하여 불이 붙으면서 이동되나 둥근판(17)과 격판(14)에 의하여 이동을 할 수 없게 된다. 그러나 둥근판(17)과 격판(14)사이에 형성된 안내판(15)에 의하여 안내판(15)과 안내판 사이를 탄화되는 원료가 지나서 통공(13)을 통하여 계속 이동되면서 골고루 탄화되도록 한다.
이와같이 탄화되어 숯이된 조각숯은 배출구(18)를 통하여 배출되고 탄화통(11)내에서 발썽생된 폐열은 배기통로(19)를 따라서 건조통(3)의 입구로 유입되어 유입되는 원료를 계속 건조시키도록한 것이다.
이와같은 본 발명은 탄화시키고 발생된 폐열을 이용하여 원료를 건조시킴으로 인하여 에너지의 소모를 방지할 수 있고 또한 원료가 폐열에 의하여 완전히 건조된 상태로 탄화통으로 유입되어 탄화되기 때문에 탄화가 골고루 되어 양호한 조각숯을 제조할 수 있는 것이다.
이와 같이 제조된 조각숯은 연탄불 쏘시개용으로는 아주 적합한 것으로서 본원 발명은 경제적인 잇점과 작업장의 환경을 개선할 수 있는 발명이다.

    형 이송편(4)를 경사지게 다수개를 형성하고 건조통(3)의 선단에는 배출통(5)을 형성하여 집진기(6)와 연결하며 배출통(5)의 일측에는 이송통로(7)와 연결하고 집진기(6)와 이송통로(7)를 연결하는 연결관(8)에는 밸브(9)(9')를 상, 하로 형성하며 이송통로(7)의 하단부에는 송풍기(10)를 설치하고 이송통로(7)의 하단이 들어가 있는 탄화통(11)의 내측벽에는 이송편(12)을 경사지게 다수개 형성하며, 탄화통의 임의곳에 통공(13)이 형성된 격판(14)을 설치하여 격판(14)의 전면에 다수개의 안내판(15)을 형성하고 안내판(15)의 선단에는 통공(16)이 천공된 둥근판(17)를 설치하며 탄화통(11)의 선단에는 배출구(18)와 열풍배기통로(19)를 연설하여 배기통로(19)의 일단이 건조통(13)의 입구와 연결토록 하여서된 것을 특징으로 하는 목재의 탄화장치 .
  2. 탄화통(11)내에서 발생된 폐열이 배기통로(19)를 통하여 건조통(3)내로 유입되어 건조통(3)내를 통과하는 원료를 건조시킨 후 폐열은 환풍기(23)에 의하여 배출되고 건조된 원료는 이송통로(7)를 따라 탄화통(11)에 유입되어 회동되는 탄화통(11)내에서 탄화되면서 배출되는 것을 특징으로한 목제의 탄화방법.
