Claims (5)

  1. (a) 다음의 성분, 즉(ㄱ) 50중량%가 230메시 미합중국 표준체를 통과하는 입도를 가진 무정형 젤라틴 20중량%이상, (ㄴ)이 젤라틴의 중량에 대하여 1/2의 양으로 존재하며 50중량%이상이 200메시 미합중국 표준체를 통과하는 입도를 가진 수용성의 무수 결정질인 분말형 식품산 3중량%이상 및 (ㄷ)상기 젤라틴의 50중량%이상의 양으로 존재하며 5중량%이상이 100메시 미합중국 표준체를 통과하는 입도를 가진 당, 당 중합체 및 그 조성물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 분체물 30중량%이상을 함유하는 총함수량이 0.8중량%내지 5중량%인 믹스를 조제하는 공정, (b)이 믹스를 연속 교반하는 한편 그 교반된 믹스를 응집시키는데 충분한 온도인 약 82℃(180F)내지 93℃(200°F)의 온도로 승온시키는 공정. (c)상기 응집된 믹스를 49℃(120°F)이하의 온도로 즉시 냉각시키는 한편 최소한 초기 냉각 단계 중에 그 믹스의 교반을 계속하는 공정. (d)상기 응집된 믹스를 입도 조절하여 목적하는 입도의 중량 분획을 얻는 공정과, (e)상기 응집되고 입도 조절된 믹스를 방수 포장재료 내에 포장시키는 공정의 결합을 특징으로 하는 50%가 물에 쉽게 용해 및 분산될 수 있는 무정형 젤라틴 함유 믹스를 응집시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 응집된 믹스가 포크 교반에 의해서 4.4℃(40°F)의 온도의 물에 용해 및 분산이 가능한 것인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 믹스의 함수량이 1중량%내지 3중량%인 것인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무정형 젤라틴이 20중량%내지 40중량%의 양으로 존재하고 70중량%이상이 230메시 미합중국 표준체를 통과하는 입도 분포를 가지는 것인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식품산이 구연산, 농금산, 주석산 및 그 조성물로 된 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
