본 고안은 앞코부분에서 구목피(Eyelet Stay)와 중앙부위가 접하며 양측에서 갑피가 노출되도록 요입부가 형성된 덧가죽을 댄통상의 운동화에 있어서, 공을 찰때 공과 많이 접촉되는 운동화 앞코부분의 안쪽부위에 해당하는 부분에 운동화의 측후방을 향하도록 연장되게 형성하여 상기 구목피와 밑창과 접하도록 형성시켜서된 덧가죽을 대고 그 상면에 별도의 가죽조각을 덧대어서 축구나 족구등 발을 많이 사용하는 운동경기도중 공을 찰때 발생되는 충격을 완화시켜 운동경기자의 발가락을 안전하게 보호토록하며 운동화의 내구성을 증대시키도록 하여서 된 것이다. 종래의 운동화는 앞코부위를 양측에서 갑피가 노출되도록 요입부가 형성된 한겹의 덧가죽만으로 보강시켜서 된 것이기 때문에 축구나 족구등 발을 많이 사용하는 경기를 자주 할 경우에 앞코부분의 정면과 안쪽이 다른부위에 비해 쉽게 떨어져서 운동화의 착용기간을 단축시켰으며 경기 도중 공을 찰때 발생되는 충격으로 부터 운동경기자의 발가락을 효과적으로 보호할수 없었던 폐단을 갖는 것이었다.
본 고안은 상술한 바와같은 종래의 문제점에 착안하여 안출한것인바 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 제3도에 도시된 바와같이 앞코부분(a)에서 구목피(Eyelet stay)(e)와 중앙부위(c)가 접하며 양측에서 측면갑피(U)가 노출되도록 요입부(21)(21')가 형성된 덧가죽(20)을 댄 통상의 운동화에 있어서, 제1도 및 제2도에 도시된 바와같이 앞코부분(a)의 바깥쪽에만 요입부(21')를 형성하고 앞코부분(a)의 안쪽에는 연장부(11)를 형성하여 앞코부분(a)의 안쪽절반부위(a')를 감싸는 덧가죽(10)을 대고 그 상면에 별도의 가죽조각(12)을 덧대어서 그 상부주연부(12a)가 덧가죽(10)의 상부주연부 (10a)에 연하도록 봉착하고 그 하부주연부(12b)를 덧가죽(10)의 하부주연부(10b)와 함께 접어서 밑창(S)에 접착시켜서 된 것이다.
이와같이 구성된 본고안은 축구나 족구등 발을 많이 사용하는 구기운동을 할 경우 공을 찰때 공과 빈번히 접촉되며 충격을 집중적으로 받는 운동화 앞코부분(a)의 안쪽 부위가 연장부(11)를 형성시켜 앞코부분(a)의 안쪽절반부위(a')를 감싸도록 된 덧가죽(10)과 그 상면에 봉착된 별도의 가죽조각(12)에 의해 2중으로 보강되어 있기 때문에 앞코부위(a)를 양측에서 갑피(U)가 노출되는 요입부(21)(21')가 형성된 한겹의 덧가죽(20)만으로 보강시켜서된 종래의 운동화와는 달리 운동경기도중 공을 찰때 발생되는 충격을 완화시켜주어 운동경기자의 발가락을 안전하게 보호할수 있는 효과와 더불어 운동화의 내구수명을 연장시킬 수 있는 효과를 갖는것이다.

  1. 앞코부분에서 구목피(Eyelet Stay)와 접하며 양측으로 갑피가 노출되는 요입부가 형성된 덧가죽을 댄것에 있어서, 앞코부분(a)의 안쪽에 연장부(11)를 형성하여 앞코부분(a)의 안쪽절반부위(a')를 감싸는 덧가죽(10)을 대고 그 상면에 별도의 가죽조각 (12)을 덧 대어서 그 상부주연부(12a)가 덧가죽(10)의 상부주연부(10a)에 연하도록 봉착하여서 됨을 특징으로하는 앞코부분을 보강시킨 운동화.
