Claims (8)
- 코팅 존(coating zone)에 플러프 기재를 통과시켜 흡수제 조성물로 제조된 중합체 수용액을 플러프 기재상에 코팅시키고, 흡수제가 코팅된 플러프 기재 복합물을 건조시킨 후, 최종적으로 기계적인 방법에 의해 다수의 흡수 플러프 섬유로 분해 가공함을 특징으로 하여, 흡수력이 강화된 섬유상 플러프를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡수제 조성물이 약하게 가교 결합된 알칼리 금속 카복실성 고분자 전해질의 수용액으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 고분자 전해질이 카복실 레이트 그룹과 반응하는 다작용성 또는 이작용성 가교 결합제와 가교 결합되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 다 작용성 가교 결합제가 폴리아마이드-폴리아민 에피클로로히드린 부가물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건조 온도가 65.6℃(150℉) 내지 176.7℃(350℉)의 범위인 방법.
- 코팅 존에 플러프 기재를 통과시켜 흡수제 조성물로 제조된 중합체 수용액을 플러프 기재상에 코팅시키고, 흡수제가 코팅된 플러프 기재복합물을 건조시킨 후, 최종적으로 기계적인 방법에 의해 다수의 흡수 플러프 섬유로 분해가공하여 제조된 흡수 플러프.
- 코팅 존에 플러프 기재를 통과시켜 흡수제 조성물로 제조된 중합체 수용액을 플러프 기재상에 코팅시키고, 흡수제가 코팅된 플러프 기재 복합물을 건조시킨 후, 최종적으로 기계적인 방법에 의해 다수의 흡수 플러프 섬유로 분해 가공하여 제조된 흡수 플러프와, 수-불침투성 하부층 및 수-침투성 상부층으로 이루어진 흡수 제품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 추가로 하나 이상의 중간 흡상층을 함유하는 흡수 제품.
