Claims (2)
- 사이클시퀀스에 의해 공기로 부터 고순도 질소와 산소농축 생성물을 제조함에 있어서, 적어도 약 25의 Ca/Na2O 중량비를 갖는 에이형 분자체 제올라이트의 이차상 흡착제로 유용한 흡착제의 예처리상에 대기공기를 통과시켜 물과 이산화탄소를 제거하고 산소에 대응하는 것으로써 질소 보유에 선택성을 지닌 흡착제를 함유하는 이차흡착제상으로 유입한 후 일차 산소농축유출물을 형성하고 상기 흡착제상의 진공화에 따라 그 흐름에 의해 흡착된 질소를 상기 이차 흡착제상으로 부터 제거 유입시키고 상기 예처리상을 통해 이차상으로 부터 물과 이산화탄소를 탈착시키고 마지막으로, 상기 상들의 압력을 대기압으로 유지하여 상기 순환을 반복함을 특징으로 하는 공기 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제상들을 진공화시키기 전에 이 상들을 고순도의 질소기체로 헹굼을 특징으로 하는 공기 분리방법.
