1은 실린더, 2는 피스턴로드, 3은 삽입공, 4,6,7,26은 유로, 5는 피스터, 8,9는 감쇠력발생기구, 10은 동형부재, 11,14,18,21,45는 유공, 12는 가이드부재, 13은 환형유로, 15는 조정로드, 16,41는 회전밸브, 17,23,32,43,47은 오리피스, 19,23,32,43,47은 오리피스, 19,42는 스토퍼, 20,44는 밸브 시이트, 22,31,46은 첵 밸브, 22A,31A는 첵밸브 몸체, 22B는 스프링, 24는 밑뚜껑, 25는 스프링가이드, A,B는 유실.

Claims (3)

  1. 실린더와 축방향으로 삽입공이 뚫리고 한쪽이 실린더안에 삽입되고 다른쪽은 그 실린더 밖에 돌출된 피스턴 로드의, 그 피스턴로드에 고착되며 실린더 안을 2개의 유실로 형성시키는 피스턴과 그 피스턴에 의해 형성된 2개의 유실 사이를 연통하는 유통로와, 삽입공을 거쳐서 그 유통로내에 삽입되어 전기 피스턴로드이 다른쪽부터 회동조작되는 조정로드와 그 조정로드에 설치되며 전기 유통로가 증감함으로서 소정의 감쇠력을 발생시키는 복수의 오리피스가 지름방향에 설치된 회전밸브등으로 이루어지는 감쇠력 조정식 유압완충기에 있어서, 전기 회전밸브안에는 지름방향으로는 회전밸브와 일체적으로 회전하며 신장행정에서는 오리피스가 닫기고, 축소행정에서는 오리피스가 열리는 첵밸브를 설치하며, 그 첵 밸브에는 오리피스와 대응하는 위치에 별개의 오리피스를 뚫어 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠력 조정식 유압 완충기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 첵밸브는 회전밸브의 안둘레쪽에 한쌍의 돌기를 사이에 끼워 설치한 한쌍의 반원호형 첵밸브와, 각 첵밸브 몸체를 지름방향 바깥쪽에 부착시킨 스프링으로 구성되어 이루어진 감쇠력 조정식 유압 완충기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 첵밸브는 전기 회전밸브안에 설치된 1개 또는 복수의 돌기에 의해 둘레방향에 위치 결정된 상태로서 그 회전밸브안에 설치되며 탄성을 갖이는 첵밸브 몸체로서 구성되어 이루어진 감쇠력 조정식 유압 완충기.
