Claims (11)
- 가스와 고체입자의 소스에 연결되어 있고, 강철탕을 재탄화 시키도록 되어있는 가루로 된 탄소물질인 고체입자를 가속시키는 노즐(1)장치에 있어서, 상기 노즐(1)에 그것보다 큰 각도로 펼쳐진 확장노즐부분(4)이 연결되어 있고, 상기 노즐(1)둘레에 가스의 소스에 연결되어 있으며 하우징을 형성하는 제2노즐(8)이 둘러싸여 있는것을 특징으로 하는 고체 입자를 가속시키는 노즐장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징을 형성하는 제2노즐(8)이 오프닝(9)쪽으로 향하여 평행으로 된 벽을 가지고 있는것을 특징으로 하는 노즐장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징을 형성하는 노즐이 고리형 라발노즐인 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펼쳐지는 각도가 노즐(1)의 펼쳐지는 각도보다 더 큰것으로 된 확장노즐 부분(4)이 원추대형으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐장치.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 펼쳐지는 각도가 노즐(1)의 펼쳐지는 각도보다 더 큰것으로 된 확장노즐부분(4)의 길이가 10~50㎝인 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 노즐확장 부분의 펼쳐지는 각도가 약 2°인 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐장치.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 펼쳐지는 각도가 노즐(1)의 펼쳐지는 각도보다 더 큰것으로 된 확장노즐 부분(4)이평행의 내부 표면을 가진 튜브형의 도관부분(6)에 의해 확장되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 노즐장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 튜브형의 도관부분(6)이 마우스(7)쪽으로 점점 작아지는 실린더인 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐장치.
- 제1~8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고체입자를 안내하는 노즐(1), 확장노즐부분(4)과 도관부분(6)의 마우스(7)가 하우징을 형성하는 제2노즐(8)의 오프닝(9)으로부터 뒤에 설치되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 노즐장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징을 형성하는 제2노즐(8)을 산화가스의 다른 소스에 연속해서 연결시킬 수 있는것을 특징으로 하는 노즐장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징을 형성하는 제2노즐(8)이 노즐(1)에 형성되어 있는 슬릿에 의해 노즐(1)에 공급하는 가스의 소스에 연결되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 노즐장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
