Claims (4)

  1. 고정덮개다이와 이동분할다이가 서로 견고하게 결합되고, 수직슬리이브내의 용탕이 상기 고정덮개다이와 이동분할다이 바로 밑에서 다이공동으로 주입되며, 플런저가 상기 수직슬리이브내에서 왕복운동하는 다이캐스팅의 용량주입장치에 있어서, 상기 공동과 주입슬리이브 사이의 용탕통로가 다이공동 기저와 연통한 소구경부와 상기 소구경부 하방으로 연속한 대구경 수직구멍부로 형성되고, 상기 대구경 수직구멍의 내주변에게 단부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용탕주입장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 계단부가 요홈형상으로 된 것.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 계단부가 돌조형상으로 된 것.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수직구멍의 주위 내벽면이 상기 덮개다이와 분할다이의 분리면을 따라 반쪽으로 나누어지는 고정슬리이브의 내부 주위면으로 된 것.
