10 : 접촉패드, 11 : 유전체층, 12 : 도전감지전극, 13 : 유전체층, 14 : 도전판독전극, 15,16 : 연결부, 20 : 인광층, 21 : 전극, 23 : 절연재질.
Claims (24)
- 유전체재질층의 한쪽 표면상에 또는 인접하게 배치된 제1전극과, 제1전극으로부터 유전체재질층의 반대편에서 제1전극과 겹쳐진 관계로 배치된 제2전극 및 도전패드를 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 전극과 도전패드가 배치되어, 스위치는 제1 및 제2상태 사이에서 스위치될 수 있으며, 상기 상태중 한상태에서 제1전극과 제2전극사이의 신호전달 요소는 상기 2상태중의 다른 상태의 신호 전달율과는 아주 다른것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치.
- 제1항의 스위치에 있어서, 도전패드(10)와 제2전극(12)은 서로 겹쳐있으며, 또한 유전체재질(11)의 층이 상기 사이에 삽입되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치.
- 제1항의 스위치에 있어서, 도전패드(10)와 제2전극(12)은 상기 사이에 작은 갭을두고 나란히 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항의 스위치에 있어서, 도전패드(0)과 제1전극(14)사이의 Ak/d 지수와 제1 및 제2전극(14,12)사이의 Ak/d 지수의 비율이 8 : 1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치.
- 제4항의 스위치에 있어서, 도전패드(10)와 제1전극(14)사이의 Ak/d 지수와 제1 및 제2전극(14,12)사이의 Ak/d 지수사이의 비율은 40 : 1 정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치.
- 제4항 또는 제5항의 스위치에 있어서, 제2전극(12)의 폭에 대한 도전패드(10) 및 제1전극(14)의 폭의 비가 8 : 1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 한항의 스위치에 있어서, 도전패드(10)와 제1전극(14)사이의 직접적인 용량성 결합은 도전패드(10)와 제2전극(12)사이의 직접적인 용량 결합과 같은 정도의 크기를 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치.
- 제7항의 스위치에 있어서, 도전패드(10)와 제1전극(14)사이의 직접적인 용량성 결합과 도전패드(10)와 제2전극(12)사이의 직접적인 용량성 결합의 비율은 1 : 2와 2 : 1 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항의 스위치에 있어서, 도전패드(10)는 제1 및 제2전극(14,12)에 고정되어 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항의 스위치에 있어서, 도전패드(10)는 탄력성 있게 장치되어 제1전극에 대해 이동할수 있게되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한항의 스위치를 다수로 구비하는 스위치 어레이에 있어서, 각 스위치의 유전체층(13)은 공통유전체 판으로 형성되고, 스위치들은 유전체판 위에서 간격을 두고 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치 어레이.
- 제11항의 어레이에 있어서, 스위치 그룹의 제2전극은 공통도전 스트립(19)으로 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치 어레이.
- 제11항의 어레이에 있어서, 스위치 그룹의 제1전극은 공통도전 스트립(21)에 의해 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치 어레이.
- 제11항, 제12항, 제13항 중의 어느 한항의 스위치는 다수의 행(m)으로 배치되어 있으며, 각 행에 있는 모든 스위치는 공통도전 스트립(19)에 의해 형성된 제2전극(12)과 공통도전 스트립(21)에 의해 형성된 각 행(m)으로부터 한개 스위치의 제1전극(14)을 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치 어레이.
- 제14항의 어레이에 있어서, 스위치의 각 행(m)을 위한 제2전극(12)을 제공하는 도전스트립(19)은 제1전극(14)을 제공하는 도전스트립(21)에 수직으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치 어레이.
- 제12항, 제14항 또는 제15항 중의 어느 한항의 어레이에 있어서, 각 도전패드(10)와 제2전극을 형성하는 도전스트립(19)사이의 용량은 10PF이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치 어레이.
- 제12항, 제14항 또는 제15항 또는 제16항중 어느 한항의 어레이에 있어서, 제2전극(12)을 형성하는 도전스트립(19)의 저항은 100KΩ을 초과하지 않는것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치 어레이.
- 제1항 내지 제17항의 용량성 어레이 또는 용량성 스위치를 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치 및 표시유닛에 있어서, 스위치 또는 스위치 어레이의 부품(10,11,12,13,14,19,21)은 투명한 재질로 만들어져 있으며, 표시매체(20)는 제1전극의 후면상에 배치되어 있으며, 표시전극(22)은 각 용량성 스위치에 겹쳐진 형태로 표시매체(20)의 후면에 배치되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치 및 표시유닛.
- 제18항의 유닛에 있어서, 표시매체(20)는 제1전극(21)과 표시전극(21)사이에 만들어지는 전기장에 응답하여 표시를 제공하는 것을특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치 및 표시유닛.
- 제19항의 유닛에 있어서, 표시매체(20)는 전자발광재질, 액정, 이온성개스, 일렉트로크로믹 재질 또는 일렉트로포레틱 재질을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치 및 표시유닛.
- 제18항 내지 제20항중 어느 한항의 유닛에 있어서, 제1 및 표시전극(21,22)사이에 표시구동 신호를 인가하는 수단이 제공되어 있으며, 제1전극(21)에 판독펄스를 인가하는 수단과, 제2전극에 용량성으로 전달된 펄스를 감지하는 수단이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치 및 표시유닛.
- 제21항의 유닛에 있어서, 표시구동 신호를 인가하는 수단은 또한 판독펄스를 제1전극(21)에 인가하는 역활을 하는것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치 및 표시유닛.
- 제18항 내지 제 22항중 어느 한항의 유닛에 있어서, 표시매체(20)를 가진 표시유닛은 겹쳐진 관계로 배치된 표시전극(22)과 투명한 제1전극 사이에 배치되어 있으며, 투명한 유전체 재질의 덮개(13)는 제1전극(21)의 전면에 배치되어 있고, 투명한 도전재질로 형성된 제2전극(19)과 도전패드(10)를 가진 유전체 재질의 투명판을 구비하는 용량성 스위치층을 포함하며, 상기 스위치층은 표시덮개(13)의 전면에 인가되어 도전패드(10)와 제2전극(19)은 제1전극위에 겹쳐져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치 및 표시유닛.
- 겹쳐진 관계로 배치된 표시전극과 투명한 제1전극 사이에 배치된 표시매체를 포함하며, 제1전극의 전면에 배치된 투명한 유전체 재질의 덮개를 포함하는 표시유닛용으로 사용되는 용량성 스위치에 있어서, 유전체 재질의 투명판을 구비하는 스위치층 위에는 투명한 도전패드(10)와 투명한 전극(19)이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 도전패드(10)와 제2전극(19)은 상기 스위치층이 표시덮개(13)의 전면에 인가될때 배치되며, 도전패드(10)와 제2전극(19)은 제1전극(21)위에 겹쳐지며, 상기 제1 및 제2전극(19,21)과 도전패드(10)는 제1상태 및 제2상태 사이에서 스위치 되도록 배치되며, 상기 상태중 하나에서, 상기 제1전극과 상기 제2전극(19,21)사이의 신호전달 비율은 상기 2상태중의 다른 상태에서 신호전달 비율과 상당히 다른것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 스위치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
