Claims (8)

  1. 슬라이이드를 폴리릴신 용액으로 처리하고; 폴리릴신이 처리된 슬라이드에 세포 또는 조직표본을 부착시키고; 슬라이드위에 있는 세포 또는 조직표본을 고정제로 처리한 다음, 슬라이드를 수용성 폴리알킬렌글리콜로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하여 면역세포화학적인 슬라이드를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고정제가 알데하이드계 고정제, 인산염-완충살린, 메탄올 및 아세톤으로 이루어진 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 메탄올과 아세톤을 -20℃에서 슬라이드에 처리하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 글리콜이 폴리에틸렌 글리콜인 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 분자량이 4,000이상인 제조방법.
  6. 세포 또는 조직표본이 고정되어 있고, 수용성 폴리알킬렌 글리콜이 오버코팅되어 있으며, 폴리릴신이 처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 면역세포화학적 검정에 사용하기 위한 조절슬라이드.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 슬라이드를 잠보니 고정제(zamboni's fixative), 인산염-완충살린, 메탄올 및 아세톤과 접촉시켜 슬라이드위에 세포 또는 조직표본을 고정시킨 조절슬라이드.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 글리콜이 폴리에틸렌 글리콜인 조절슬라이드.
