Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 지방족 히드록실-함유 화합물과 차폐된 지방족 2차 또는 3차이소시아네이트기 함유 화합물 간의 반응을 촉매하며, 하기 (i), (ii) 및 (iii)으로 구성되는 촉매 조성물. (i) 1,8-디아자비시클로(5,4,0)-운데센-7 또는 그외염; (ii) 유기 주석 화합물; 및, 임의적으로 (iii) 유기 납 화합물[(i):(ii):(iii)의 중량비는 각각 약 0.5:1:0 내지 약 2:1:3이다.]
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(i)이 페놀산염인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(ii)가 디카르복실산디알킬주석인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디카르복실산디알킬주석이 다음과 같은 구조를 갖는 조성물.상기식에서, R은 C1-C8알킬이고, R'은 C1-C18알킬이다.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 디카르복실산디알킬주석이 디라우릴산 디메틸주석 및 디라우릴산디부틸주석으로 부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(iii)이 나프텐산납인 조성물.
- 하기 (a),(b) 및 (c)로 구성되는 경화성 조성물, (a) 지방족 히드록실 함유 화합물; (b) 차폐된 지방족 2차 또는 3차 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 화합물; 및 (c) 하기 (i),(ii) 및 (iii)으로 구성되는, 촉매적 유효량의 촉매조성물. (i) 1,8-디아자비시클로(5,4,0)-운덴센-7 또는 그의 염; (ii) 유기 주석 화합물; 및, 임의적으로, (iii) 유기 납화합물, [(i):(ii):(iii)의 중량비는, 각각 약 0.5:1:0 내지 약 2:1:3이다.]
- 제7항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 중합체 폴리올로 구성되는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 지방족 폴리올 또는 지방족폴리아민 폴리올과 결합된 중합체 폴리올로 구성되는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 폴리에테르 폴리올로 구성되는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 지방족 폴리올과 결합된 폴리에테르 폴리올로 구성되는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 하기 구조를 갖는 조성물.상기식에서, R1과 R2는 각기 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬기이다.
- 제8항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 α,α',α'-테트라메틸-m-크실틸 디이소시아네이트인 조성물.
- 반응 혼합물 내에서 지방족 히드록실-함유 화합물과 차폐된 지방족 2차 및/또는 3차 이소시아네이트 화합물과의 반응에 대한 촉매 공정에 있어서, 제1항의 촉매 조성물 약 0.05-약 5중량%를 상기 반응 혼합물 내에 첨가하는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 반응 혼합물이 하기 구조의 이소시아네이트 화합물로 구성되는 방법.상기식에서 R1과 R2는 각기 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이다.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트 화합물이 α,α,α',α'-테트라메틸-m-크실틸 디이소시아네이트인 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 히드록실-함유화합물이 중합체폴리올 또는 폴리에테르 폴리올리거나, 또는 지방족 폴리올 또는 지방족 폴리아민 폴리올과의 결합상태의 것인 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 조성물의 성분(i)은 1,8-디아자비시클로(5,4,0)-운데센-7이고; 성분(ii)는 디카르복실산 디알킬주석이며; 성분(iii)이 존재할 경우 이것은 나프텐산납인 방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
