Claims (8)

1차액을 저류하는 1차액 탱크내의 압력과, 2차액을 저류하는 2차액 탱크내의압력을 각각 소정의 압력으로 유지하고, 상기 2차액을 계량수단을 개재해서 정용량펌프의 흡인쪽에 공급하고, 또한 상기 1차액을 상기 정용량 펌프의 흡인쪽에 공급해서, 상기 1차액과 2차액의 혼합비율을 일정하게 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 혼합방법.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 1차액 탱크내의 압력이 부압이고, 1차액속의 산소의 탈기가 행해지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 혼합방법.
제2항에 있어서, 상기 1차액 탱크내에 상기 1차액에 흡수시키는 가스가 가압 공급되어 있고, 1차액속의 산소가 탈기되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 혼합방법.
제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 상기 1차액이 정량수단을 개재해서 정용량 펌프에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체혼합방법.
1차액을 저류하는 1차액 탱크와, 2차액을 저류하는 2차액 탱크와, 상기 1차액 탱크 압력유지 장치와, 상기 2차액 탱크내의 압력을 일정한 압력으로 유지하는 2차액 탱크압력 유지 장치와, 상기 1차액과 2차액이 흡인쪽에 공급되는 정용량 펌프와, 상기 2차액의 공급량을 조정하는 계량장치를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 혼합장치.
제5항에 있어서, 상기 1차액 탱크내를 진공흡인하는 진공 펌프를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 혼합장치.
제5항에 있어서, 상기 1차액에 흡수시키는 가스를 상기 1차액 탱크내로 가압 공급하는 가스공급 장치를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체혼합장치.
제5항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 상기 1차액의 상기 정용량 펌프로의 공급량을 조정하는 계량장치를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 혼합장치.
