Claims (6)

  1. 경도 및 강도가 높고 동시에 인성이 높으며, 0.20-0.45중량%, 특히 0.25-0.35중량%, 규소 0.08-0.50중량%, 특히 0.15-0.40중량%, 망간 030-.50중량%, 특히 0.60-1.00중량%, 인≤0.020중량%, 특히 ≤0.008중량%, 황≤0.020중량%, 특히 ≤0.008중량%, 크롬 0.60-1.80중량%, 특히 0.70-1.40중량%, 몰리브덴 0.20-0.60중량%, 특히 0.30-0.50중량%, 보른 ≤0.006중량%, 특히 ≤0.003중량%, 티타늄 또는 알루미늄 0.02-0.150중량%, 특히 0.020-0.120중량%의 합금베이슨를 갖는 고경도의 경화 및 단련된 특수강의 제조방법에 있어서, 부가적인 식출경화를 위하여 소량의 니오븀, 즉 약 0.005-0.03중량%, 특히 0.008-0.02중량5의 니오븀이 강철에 합금되고, 이와같이 제조된 강철이 450-550HB, 특히 475-525HB의 브리넬 경도를 갖도록 합금베이스에 적합하게 860-960℃, 특히 880-920℃에서의 오오스떼나이트화, 물, 오일 또는 압축공기로의 냉각과, 판두께에 따라서 160-350℃, 특히 180-250℃ 온도범위에서의 단련단계로 구성되는 열처리와 경화 및 단련처리됨을 특징으로 하는 고경도 경화 및 단련된 특수강의 제조방법.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 강철이 250-450℃온도 범위에서 고온단련됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 강철이 350-550℃온도범위에서 단련됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 탄소 0.20-0.45중량%, 특히 0.25-0.35중량%, 규소 0.08-0.50중량%, 특히 0.15-0.40중량%, 망간 0.30-1.50중량%, 특히 0.60-1.00중량%, 인 ≤0.020중량%, 특히 ≤0.008중량%, 황 0.020중량%, 특히 ≤0.008중량%, 크롬 0.60-1.80중량%, 특히 0.70-1.40중량%, 몰리브덴 0.20-0.60중량%, 특히 0.30-0.50중량%, 붕소 ≤0.006중량%, 특히 ≤0.003중량, 티타늄 또는 알루미늄 0.02-0.150중량%, 특히 0.020-0.120중량5의 합금베이스를 갖는 특수강합금에 있어서, 부가적인 식출경화를 위하여 소량의 원소 니오븀, 즉 약 0.005-0.03중량5, 특히 0.008-0.02중량%의 니오븀이 강철에 합금됨을 특징으로 하는 특수강합금.
  5. 청구범위 제4항에 있어서, 티타늄대신에 0.020-0.080중량%, 특히 0.030-0.06중량%의 알루미늄이 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 특수강합금.
  6. 청구범위 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 광범위한 판두께에서 연속 냉각 및 단련특성을 개선하기 위하여 0.5-2중량%의 니켈이 합금에 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 특수강합금.
