Claims (16)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅸ)의 화합물을 산무수물과 반응시킨 다음, 임의로, R3가 S(O)nR〔여기서, R은 질소, 산소 및 황중에서 선택한 한개 또는 두개의 헤테로원자를 함유하고 있는 삼원환 내지 구원환 헤테로사이의 클릭 아릴(이것은 저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 할로 및 시아노중에서 선택한 한개이상의 치환체들에 의해 임의로 치환된다)이다〕인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 유리화합물을 제약학상 허용되는 산부가염으로 전환시키거나, R3가 S(O)nR〔여기서, R은 질소, 산소 및 황중에서 선택한 한개 또는두개의 헤테로 원자를 함유하고 있는 삼원환 내지 구원환테헤로사이클릭 아릴(이것은 저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 할로 및 시아노 중에서 선택한 한개이상의 치환체에 의해 임의로 치환된다)이다〕인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제약학상 허용되는 산부가염을 R3가 S(O)nR〔여기서, R은 질소, 산소 및 황중에서 선택한 한개 또는두개의 헤테로원자를 함유하고 있는 삼원환 내지 구원환 테헤로 사이클릭 아릴(이것은 저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 할로 및 시아노중에서 선택된 한개이상의 치환체들에 의해 임의로 치환된다)이다〕인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 유리화합물로 전환시키거나, R3가 S(O)nR〔여기서, R은 질소, 산소 및 황중에서 선택한 한개 또는두개의 헤테로원자를 함유하고 있는 삼원환 내지 구원환 테헤로사이클릭 아릴(이것은 저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 할로 및 시아노중에서 선택한 한개이상의 치환체에 의해 임의로 치환된다)인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제약학상 허용되는 산부가염을 R3가 S(O)nR〔여기서, R은 질소, 산소 및 황중에서 선택한 한개 또는두개의 헤테로원자를 함유하고 있는 삼원환 내지 구원환테헤로 사이클릭 아릴(이것은 저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 할로 및 시아노중에서 선택한 한개이상의 치환체들에 의해 임의로 치환된다)이다]인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 다른 제약학상 허용되는 산염으로 전환시켜, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 이의 제약학상 허용되는 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.상기 일반식에서, R1및 R2는 서로 동일하며; 탄소수 1내지 6의 저급알콕시; 탄소수 1내지 6의 저급알킬티오; 또는 탄소수 1내지 4의 저급알킬, 탄소수 1내지 4의 저급알콕시 및 할로중의 한개 또는 두개의 치환체에 의해 임의로 치환된 페녹시 또는 페닐티오이고; R3는 탄소수 1내지 6의 저급알킬; 탄소수 1내지 6의 저급알콕시; 또는 할로이고;m은 0.1 또는 2이거나; R3는 임의 치환된 페닐; 임의 치환된 페닐 저급알킬; 임의 치환된 페닐저급알콕시; 아미노; 저급알킬아미노; 저급디알킬아미노; 할로; 시아노; 또는 S(O)nR〔여기서, R은 탄소수 1내지 6의 저급알킬; 임의 치환된 페닐; 임의 치환된 페닐저급알킬; 또는 질소, 산소 및 황중에서 선택한 한개 또는 두개의 헤테로원자를 함유하고 있는 삼원환 내지 구원환 헤테로사이클릭아릴(이것은 저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 할로 및 시아노중에서 선택한 한개이상의 치환체들에 의해 임의로 치환된다)이고, n은 0.1 또는 2이다〕이고, m은 1이며; w는 탄소수 1내지 7의 알킬이거나, 페닐 또는 벤질(이들은 탄소수 1내지 4의 저급알킬, 탄소수 1내지 4의 저급알콕시 및 할로중의 한개 또는 두개의 치환체에 의해 임의로 치환된다)이며; 단, R1및 R2가 메톡시이고 w가 메틸이면, n은 0 또는 1이 아니다.
- 제1항에 있어서, m이 2인 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 일반식에서, R1,R2,R3및 w는 제1항에서 정의한 바와같고, m은 0 또는 1이다.
- 제3항에 있어서, R3를 할로, 시아노 및 탄소수 1내지 4의 알콕시중에서 선택한 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, R3를 플루오로, 클로로 및 브로모중에서 선택하고 m은 1인 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, R3가 시아노인 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, w가 탄소수 1내지 7의 알킬인 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, R1및 R2는 서로 동일하며 탄소수 1내지 4의 저급알킬, 탄소수 1내지 4의 저급알콕시 및 할로중에서 선택한 한개 또는 두개의 치환체에 의해 임의로 치환된 페녹시 또는 페닐티오인 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 6-클로로-2,3-디페녹시-1,4-디아세틸옥시나프탈렌을 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 6-클로로-2,3-디페녹시-1,4-디-n-프로판오일옥시나프탈렌의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 6-클로로-2,3-디페녹시-1,4-디-n-부탄오일옥시나프탈렌의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, w가 탄소수 1내지 4의 저급알킬, 탄소수 1내지 4의 저급알콕시 및 할로중에서 선택한 한개 또는 두개의 치환체에 의해 임의로 치환된 페닐 또는 벤질인 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 서로 동일하며 탄소수 1내지 6의 저급알콕시 또는 탄소수의 1내지 6의 저급알킬티오인 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 6-클로로-2,3-디메톡시-1,4-디벤조일옥시나프탈렌의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 동일하며, 탄소수 1내지 4의 저급알킬, 탄소수 1내지 4의 저급알콕시, 및 할로중에서 선택한 한개 또는 두개의 치환체에 의해 임의로 치환된 페녹시 또는 페닐티오인 화합물의 제조방법.
