Claims (10)

  1. 롤리이소부틸렌으로 이루어진 중합체 성분, 하나 이상의 공류제 및 하나 이상의 수지를 용매에 용해시키고, 또한, 활성 화합물로서, 중합체 성분, 공류제 미 수지의 혼합물을 기준하여, 1 내지 30중량%의 소염제를 용매에 용해시켜, 이들 용액을 혼합하고 혼합된 용액을, 활성화합물에 거의 불침투성인 필름(커버층)에 균일하게 가한 다음, 뽑아내어 필름을 형성시키고, 피복된 필름(커버층)을 먼저 실온에서 건조시킨 다음 50℃ 이하의 온도로 건조시키고, 필요하다면, 건조된 필름(커버층)의 피복 표면 위에, 활성 화합물에 거의 불침투성이며 떼어낼 수 있는 보호층을 갖게함을 특징으로 하여, 활성 화합물에 거의 불침투성인 커버층, 활성 화합물 저장기층 및 필요하다면, 떼어낼 수 있으며 활성 화합물에 거의 불침투성인 보호층으로 이루어진 치료 시스테의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ) 및/또는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 소염제를 활성화합물로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    [상기식에서, R1내지 R5는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 수소, 할로겐, 저급알킬 또는 치환된 알킬이고, X는 N 또는 CH이며, X는 수소, 금속이온, 알킬 또는 치환된 알킬이다.]
    [상기식에서, R은 수소, 저급알킬 또는 치환된 알킬이고, Ar은 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 치환된 아릴 또는 치환된 헤테로 아릴이고, n+m은 정수이고 0,1 또는 2이며, p는 0 또는 1이고, 단 n,m 및 p가 0인 경우에 Ar는 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴이 아니다.]
  3. 제1항또는 2항에 있어서, 하기와 같은 화합물을 활성 화합물로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 활성 화합물 저장기 층을 제조하기 위해, 중합체 성분 30 내지 60중량%, 공류제 30 내지 60중량% 및 유연성을 개선시키는 수지 2 내지 40중량%(세 성분의 합계는 100중량%이다)를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 5항중에 어느 하나에 있어서, 분자량 분포 Mw/Mn가 1.5 내지 3.5이며, 분자량의 점도 평균이 50,000 내지 4,000,000g/mel인 폴리이소부틸렌을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 사용된 폴리이소부틸렌의 점도 평균이 80,000 내지 1,000,000g/mcl 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 사용된 폴리이소부틸렌의 점도 평균이 80,000 내지 500,000g/mcl 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 중합체 성분으로서 0.5 내지 5몰%의 공액 디올레핀과 이소부틸렌의 공중합체를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1 내지 8항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 활성 화합물 저장기 층을 붙이는 필름(커버층)이 흡장성 (CCClusive) 연질 또는 비―연질 물질로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1 내지 9항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 활성화합물 저자기층을 위한 수지로서 폴리테르펜 수지 또는 별형된 송진의 그리세를 에스테르를 사용하며 활성 화합물 저장기 층을 위한 공류제로서 오일, 지방산 에스테르, 트리글리세라이드, 알코올 및/또는 지방산을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
