제5도는 서로에 결합된 플런저와 모울드를 도시한 도면.

Claims (6)

  1. 용해된 재료의 장입물이 모울드에서 용착되고 모울드의 중심축이 압착 플런저의 중심축과 정렬되고 그후 플런저와 모울드가 그들의 축방향 정렬이 유지되는 동안 압착공정을 행하도록 서로를 향하여 이동되게하는 열가소성재료의 물품을 압착하는 방법에 있어서, 플런저와 모울드가 최종 압착위치에 도달하기전에, 플런저와 모울드의 축방향 정렬의 유지가 압착공정의 끝무렵에 중단되는 것을 특징으로하는 열가소성 재료의 물품 압착방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 최종 압착위치에 도달된 후 플런저와 모울드의 축방향 정렬이 안전하게 이루어지고 그후 플러저와 모울드가 서로로부터 멀리 이동되게하는 것을 특징으로하는 열가소성재료의 물품 압착방법.
  3. 프레임, 최소한 하나의 모울드 및 모울드와 상호작용할 수 있고 안내기구에 의해 지지되는 플런저지지부에 고착되며 구동수단에 의해 축방향으로 이동될 수 있는 플런저를 구비한 압착에 의해 열가소성 재료의 물품을 제조하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 안내기구가 프레임에 이동가능하게 종속되고 상기 장치가 안내기구를 모울드에 단단히 결합하기 위한 결합수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 압착에의한 열가소성재료의 물품 제조장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 안내기구와 모울드를 서로에 대하여 위치조정하기 위한 위치조정수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로하는 열가소성재료의 물품 제조장치.
  5. 제3또는 4항에 있어서, 안내기구가 신축자재의 구성으로 되어있고 제1관형몸체 및 제2 관형몸체를 구비하며, 제1관형몸체가 플런저 지지부에 정속되고 프레임으로부터 탄력성있게 매달리고 모울드에 결합될 수 있는 제2관형 몸체에서 축방향으로 미끄러질 수 있는 것을 특징으로하는 열가소성재료의 물품제조 장치.
  6. 제3항, 4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 플런저 지지부가 플런저봉에 의해 서로에 정속되는 두개의 볼 이음매에 의해서 구동수단에 교차되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 재료의 물품제조장치.
