Claims (1)
- 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 아민을 다음 구조식(Ⅲ의 설페닐할라이드 또는 다음 구조식(Ⅳ)의 설페닐산 할라이드와 염기촉매하게 반응시키고 얻어진 화합물을 임의로 그 생리적으로 사용가능한 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 구조식(Ⅰ)의 설펜아마이드 유도체 또는 그 생리적으로 사용 가능한 염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1은 수소원자이며, R2는 C1-C6의 직쇄상 또는 측쇄상 알킬 또는 C5-C6사이클로알킬기이거나, 또는 비치환 또는 모노-내지 트리-치환의 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴기이거나, 또는 R1과 R2가 함께 이소티아졸린 환 또는 이소티아졸리논 환을 형성하며, Hal은 염소 또는 취소이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
