Claims (12)
- 제1항에 있어서, N-피리독실-α-아미노산이 R3및 R5가 각각 수소이며, R4가 히드록시메틸이고 또 R6가 메틸인 일반식(I)의 화합물인 비-방사성 담체 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-피리독실-α-아미노산이 R2,R3및 R5가 각각 수소이며, R4가 히드록시 메틸이고, 또 R6가 메틸인 일반식(I)의 화합물인 비-방사성 담체 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-피리독실-α-아미노산이 R1이 수소, 메틸, 이소프로필, 1-메틸프로필, 2-메틸프로필, 2-카르복시에틸, 히드록시메틸, 1-히드록시에틸, 벤질 또는 4-히드록시벤질이고, R2,R3및 R5가 각각 수소이며, R4가 히드록시메틸이고 또 R6가 메틸인 일반식(I)의 화합물인 비-방사성 담체조성물의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, N-피리독실-트립토판 유도체가 R7,R8,R9,R11및 R12가 각각 수소이고, 또 R10이 수소 또는 메틸인 일반식(II)의 화합물인 비-방사성 담체조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 퍼테크네테이트 환원용 환원제가 제1주석염인 비-방사성 담체조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 퍼테크네테이트 환원용 환원제가 N-피리독실-α-아미노산 또는 그 염 1몰당 0.001내지 1몰양으로 포함되는 비-방사성담체 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 담체가 수용액 형태인 비-방사성 담체조성물의 제조방법.
- 다음 일반식(I)의 N-피리독실-α-아미노산 또는 그 염과 퍼테크네테이트 환원용 환원제를 함유하는 비-방사성담체 조성물을 퍼테크네테이트 형태의 99mTC와 접촉시켜서 환원반응과 키일레이트 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 99mTC-표지 방사성 진단제의 제조방법.상기 일반식(I)에서, R1및 R2는 각각 점선으로 둘러쳐진 α-아미노산 잔기에 존재하는 원자 또는 원자단이고, 또 R3,R4,R5및 R6는 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, C1-C10알킬기 또는 1개 이상의 친수성기로 치환된 C1_-C10알킬기이다.
- 제11항에 있어서, 퍼테크네테이트 형태의 99mTC를 함유하는 수용액 0.5 내지 5ml 용적에 대한 방사능이 투여시점에서 0.1 내지 50mCi로 되는 99mTC-표지 방사성 진단제의 제조방법.
