Claims (1)
- 고온의 환원가스를 수직으로 이동하는 배드의 일부를 통하여 이동시키므로서 철광석을 해면철로 환원시키는 환원대가 상부에 있고, 상기 해면철을 냉각시키는 냉각대가 하부에 있는 직립로에서 철광석 입자를 해면철입자로 환원시키는데 있는서, 탄소를 함유하는 냉각가스를 냉각대의 한쪽끝 각까운 지점으로 공급하여 상기 냉각가스가 상기 냉각대를 통하여 이동하면서 해면철과 접촉하여 해면철을 침탄시키며, 상기 냉각가스를 상기 냉각대의 다른쪽 끝 가까운 지점에서 제거하고, 제거된 가스를 냉각시키고, 냉각된 가스를 상기 냉각대로 재순환시켜서 포쇄 냉각가스 루우프를 형성하고, 상기 루우프에 30vol.% 까지의 양으로 탄화수소가스를 함유한 보충가스를 공급하고, 상기 루우프에 수증기를 공급하여 상기 수증기와 탄화수소가스가 상기 냉각대내에서 반응하여 일산화탄소와 수소를 형성하고, 상기 루우프에서 나오는 가스의 일부를 이용하여 상기 환원대에서 철광석을 환원시키는 것으로 구성되는, 직립로에서 철광석을 해면철로 환원하는 방법.
