Claims (1)

밸브작용을 가지는 금속분말을 소망형상으로 가압성형해서 소결하여 구성되는 콘덴서 엘리먼트를 pH가 8이상의 염기성용액에 침지하고 콘덴서 엘리먼트의 단자전압이 소망의 전압에 도달할때까지 정전류화성하므로써 콘덴서 엘리멘트의 표층부에 심층부에 비하여 막이 두꺼운 산화층을 형성하는 제1의 화성공정과 이 공정후, 도달전압보다 충분히 낮은 전압으로 정전압화성하므로써 콘덴서엘리멘트의 심층부에 제1의 화성공정에 있어서의 심층부의 산화층의 막후보다 두껍고, 또, 표층부보다 얇은 막후의 산화층을 형성하는 제2의 화성공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체전해콘덴서의 제조방법.The surface layer of the capacitor element is formed by immersing the condenser element, which is formed by pressing and sintering a metal powder having a valve action in a desired shape, in a basic solution having a pH of 8 or more and constant currentizing until the terminal voltage of the condenser element reaches a desired voltage.
