Claims (4)
- 일반식(II)의 폴리펩타이드를 유전공학적 방법으로 생성시키고 이 생성물을 효소적으로 전환시켜 일반식(I)의 폴리펩타이드를 제조하는 방법.Y-R-NH2(I)Y-R-NH-CH2-COOH (II)상기 식에서, Y는 틸티오닌잔기 또는 메티오닌을 통해 결합된 세균성 단백질의 잔기를 나타내고;R은 유전적으로 코오드화할 수 있는 아미노산의 펩타이드 서열을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 메티오닌 잔기를 함유하지 않는 일반식(II)의 폴리펩타이드를 유전공학적 방법으로 생성시킨 다음, 잔기 Y를 시아노겐브로마이드를 사용하여 분리, 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, R이 아미노산서열(GRF 1 내지 n)(여기서, GRF는 성장호르몬 방출인자 또는 이 서열의 변형을 나타내고, n은 16 내지 44를 나타낸다)인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 유전공학적 방법으로 일반식(II)의 폴리펩타이드를 생성할 때 2개의 중지코돈을, 글리신을 코드화하는 트리플레트 뒤에다 위치시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
